When I was a teenager I made a LOT of dragons with it. I never used the ‘clear’ but the colors are fun to work with. Plus with the different tools I could make different kinds of scales and get the clay to sparkle different in different kinds of light. I think my Mom has one, and my Dad has one…those are probably the only survivors over the past decade, so I would say they didn’t have great longevity…but perhaps that was because I made them as one piece instead of fitting them together then baking them seperately, and then gluing or using epoxy (double bubble) to put them together.
I may bop you on the nose with a newspaper, but when you are good I’ll always scratch you behind the ears π lol
Awe Thank you Drag0n! π She went to the vets yesterday, she is doing amazing! But since Parvo is so bad in the central valley I have to keep her indoors another 3 weeks till she has 3 shots (yesterday was only her 2nd set and the checking of her blood draw a few days ago)…but I am still so much in love with her I could burst! π
*rolls up a newspaper and looks at you sternly* :p
I never give up on something worth waiting for π *sprays bitter end on the legs of the chair* lol
Wolfen…don’t give that jerk another thought. You are fine, you have plenty of people that like you just the way you are. And always keep in mind there are only 3 people in this world that really matter…1 the person you are in a relationship with, 2 the person paying your bills, 3 the person writing your work evals….everyone else’s opinion really doesn’t count in the grand scheme of things.
P.S. So hard to watch my mouth on this forum! lol I have such a big navy potty mouth…hope I didn’t offend anyone with what i wrote…
Welcome Robin! lol We are all addicts in here! I have been on this forum for about 3 months, and it is full of wonderful, caring, smart people. So, welcome to the support group where people’s wallets cry just like yours, but we all have a blast doing it! π
Thank you Susie for keeping us in the loop. <3 Thank you, and all of the people involved in this whole evolution for working so hard to please us crazy uni people. We may chew our chair legs, but we love you all for all of the dedication you all have there at Windstone. Go get some rest! π

Awe! Thanks Bayoudragon! She loves all the attention she can get since she is still in isolation. Hopefully that will change today. She goes in for her second set of shots and a full check on her blood work to make sure her organs are functioning normally…if she passes all that, and gets the all clear from the vet she can start going outside again. Poor thing has been in ‘ISO’ for a week now…
Hannah, I did do something like that! Thank you! π There is a lady in Canada that does paintings/drawings of pets. This year she is doing a Calendar to benefit cancer research for pets. So I submitted the top one for September, and if it doesn’t get picked I am submitting the bottom one for Oct/Nov. I did it in Tundra’s name π Lol I usually have photos like this of all the dogs, but usually only get them to cooperate as puppies. Mariah has shots like hers from when she was little, but Katy was so sick I didn’t do any with her.
Thank you everyone! I would love to see your husky Setsunawolf!
These are my other two huskies. The red and white is Mariah, and the black and white is Katy. Autumn will have plenty of play mates and they will teach her to pull as I am getting into urban mushing after the baby comes. mariah is already trained, so she will help the other two when the time is right π
Mariah is a ‘breeder mess up’, they thought she was dead and left her in an orchard, someone called our rescue so i went out and got her…a year and a half later here we are π
Katy was from an oops litter that a lady in a near by town had, and she called me because they were all dying. Lost her brother, but got her Dad to live. Turns out they had a swamp cooler that had puddled and allowed poisonous blue-green algae to form and it was killing them all. She went into liver failure, but pulled out safely, and here she is 7 months later…
Guess I am a sucker for hard cases…
Tomorrow sounds great! π
