I’d be happy with just one, my money is very tight. If you do end up painting more so people can get 2, will they be out before October?
Both Fat Cats we got ARE stamped and signed. Mine is signed in gold, for the bottom of my Fat Cat is black. Rodney’s is signed in black since the bottom of his is blueish.
I just realized something! The Betta on Rodney’s is obviously a male, but the Betta on mine has shorter fins, which could mean the Betta is a female. We got “his” and “hers” matching Fat Cats, LOL!! 😀
Alright, mail has come and gone! That means Fat Cat pic spam time!! For starters, we got some unique and appropriate of Fuzzies:
I decided to reveal Rodney’s Fat Cat to you guys first. I called him up and asked if it was alright before doing so. He knows I like to photograph the pieces we get, so he was fine with it. In other words, Rodney has not laid eyes on his Fat Cat. Here is what Rodney got:
Rodney’s Fat Cat has about 3 different shades of blue and a very lovely Betta swimming on his back. I will admit that today was not a good day for photographing Windstone pieces. Though, the sun did a good job of showing off the glitter/sparkles within the paint. These guys really do sparkle!!
After seeing Rodney’s Fat Cat, I decided I really liked his. Knowing him, if I got something I didn’t care for he would be more then happy to trade me. As some know, I secretly wanted a Fat Cat with a Dragon. If I didn’t get one with a Dragon, I’d be alright with a Betta. Here is what I got:
You can’t really tell from the pic, but my Fat Cat is a deep teal color and I love teal! It is one of my all time favorite colors!!
I got a Betta and I couldn’t be happier with my Fat Cat! Like I said, teal is a fav color of mine. The Betta itself is a similar color to that of an Arowana (aka Dragon Fish):
So, I feel as if I did get one if a Dragon (Fish) after all. Maybe that is what I will name my Fat Cat, Arowana? Dragon Fish is another possibility. I still need to name my Lady Cat…:P
Boo! Mine was listed as supposed to be delivered today and the mail has come and gone. Looks like this is happening to a few of us. Silly USPS.
That just gives us one more day of excitement and anticipation…;)
My tracking says tomorrow but it looks as though the parcel left Corvallis late in the day, so I am expecting the cat on Friday.
It looks as if both Rodney’s and my packages were picked up late in the day too. So, guess that answers it?
Mine should be here on Thursday! I’m hoping for a koi or a forest one. 😀
I really want a forest on too, but I’m not going to hold my breath. Seems everybody wants one…:3
Edit – Mail just came, but no Fat Cats. Not sure what is going on?! Tracking said expected delivery for today. Guess they will be here tomorrow?

When an items shows in your cart after you have purchased it, I don’t think it is actually still in your cart – just a “ghost” of one that for some reason sticks around – especially when things are crazy busy. I don’t think the site has time to update the info. And today we were pushing it to the max!
Rodney didn’t get a ghost, guess I just rate?! Just kidding, LOL!! As long as I got my Fat Cat, I’m happy…:3
Rodney and I both got a Fat Cat, yippee!! Odd thing though, I completed the check out process, but there is still a Fat Cat in my cart?! Yes, I did get the confirmation e-mail and the order is listed under my account as it should be. Wonder what happened?! Well, in less then 9 minutes a Fat Cat will be dropped back in the store…;)
Yesterday, I finally a got a chance to take better pics of the Cat Rodney and I went halvies on. Luckily, the weather was “purr”-fect:

Yes, Rodney did like “Tabbs” but the Cat had special meaning to someone else…;)
