Thanks everyone 🙂
wow- snow leopards are one of my favorite cats… I can’t imagine how long this has taken you lol are you cross eyed yet? 🙂
Tried something completely different with this guy- I just painted with no specific plan- I blended the color right on the dragon… it was a scary experience lol but I love the outcome.
The stones on his head and in his tail are little chunks of citrine.
What do you guys think? I haven’t been using color like this in a while- but I think I like it. I was going to antique it but I just liked it as is so figured why chance it lol(shoot meant for this to be in the PYO section! oops- can someone move it?)
thanks all- just got a MO from another client– time to buy more Windstones! lol its an obsession I tell you- I have no control over my actions… is there a WEA (Windstone Editions Anonymous) or is that what this forum is? haha
None of us would join anyway- we are too deeply attached- there is no turning back. muahahaha sorry- had one of those carmel iced coffees from mcdonalds this morning- too much caffeine 🙂
This is my favorite grif so far… I love the muted natural tones
He has interference paint on his white and dark scales (green) and I replaced the forehead crystal with a chunk of Aventurine (also a piece in tail curl).
I love green- its my favorite 🙂I wouldn’t mind jumping in on this if there is still room 🙂
well- i’m not sure what happened- I had a bunch of watchers… maybe they missed the end- relisted with a little smaller price tag 🙂
awe thanks- I know whats its like wishing to buy something- more than I’d like to admit lol- this auction ends today btw 🙂

I swear this phrase always bodes well for my auctions lol- every time you say this the auctions do well 😀
Thanks!thanks guys- he is on ebay if you’d like to read the story… I like getting feedback on that as well

Yup- sterling on the horn 🙂
Thanks everyone… yeah I can’t wait to hear how his GF reacted:)This was painted to semi resemble a snowy owl- of course their feathers are not purple lol… but they look similar. There is a story also… and the gem is a 38ct mystic quartz.
Again- simple. The white undercoat has a shimmer to it. I think this is my favorite grif- that I have painted I mean 🙂
Comments?
Oh and I did a commission… he loved ‘Flutter’ and asked me to do something similar as a gift for his GF… the colors are different (green instead of purple, yellow butterflies instead of multicolor and brown eyes instead of lavender) also instead of 24k gold leaf I used sterling… and added a butterfly to her nose.
I also wrote a love poem for him to give to her- but I think he is going to have to translate it into german! lol I love my job!Thanks- the picture doesn’t show the pink right- but I couldn’t get it to show the true color and this was as close as it would get- it is softer *shrug*
I hope she sells too- I am in desperate need of funds right now… someone make an offer and I’ll pull the auction 🙂*mipa goes to look for food*
this topic makes me hungry lol -
