I got an insured package in the mail today from USPS, so can add another tidbit of info. The Insured Mail barcode sticker says: “NOTE: To file a claim for damage or loss of contents, the article, container, and packaging must be presented.” Not sure it can get any clearer than that, though I suppose it does assume you actually look at the package instead of just the contents.
I knew, but that’s because I already looked into it in the past (because I wasn’t aware of the rules at the time and would rather not be screwed over because I messed up). Though I’m really anal about stuff like that… I’d hang on to stuff until it was completely resolved, even if it wasn’t required, just in case. (I’m the type of person who hurries up and watches a DVD to make sure it’s not flawed before time runs out to return it… even if it’s a full-season boxset :roll:)
Though I’ve only been in that situation once (well, twice, but the 2nd instance wasn’t worth my time fighting about it), and luckily the seller was an absolute dream and I didn’t have to do anything but talk to him. Though I suspect it helped that I took out my camera as soon as I noticed evidence of damage and documented the whole unveiling. 😕

No kidding, that’s why I’m not complaining too much. I haven’t checked local prices lately, but I know it’s over $2… and they sell by the LITER, while I’m paying $3.19 per GALLON on base. The cost is still pretty dang high compared to what it used to be, but when it only costs me $20 every two weeks to fill my little car, I’m doin’ alright.
You have a Glory PYO! That’s awesome… I was never too engrossed with MLP, but still have my original Glory boxed up at my mom’s house. 🙂

Haha, I’ll keep y’all in mind if I ever decide to sell, but don’t hold your breath! 😉 I’m more likely to eat Ramen for a year and beg a loan from my mom before I am to sell my pretties. 😆

You’re thinking of the “ghost” kirin that Romeodanny painted for Phoenix (on page 20). Similar, but not the same. 😉
Though I could’ve sworn I saw it already too, even with that… but I go back and forth so much between things, I can’t keep track of half the things I’ve seen. 🙄 *edit* Found where I saw it… in Leigha’s Gallery.
I’m not after this one, so I’m curious too to see who’ll win. I love the colors used, but I don’t like her.
