Please PM me if you want to set up alliances to purchase special pieces as they come up. We are all frustrated with those who buy up special pieces to put them on ebay for a 300% mark up.
I am willing to set up a network that will cut out the greedy ebay resellers. Forum members buy extras and sell them at retail prices to other forum members. Stop the ebay resellers who are raising prices to ridiculous levels!!!!!Instead of greedy ebay sellers they go to greedy forum members? Its greed either way. One of you/us will go in and buy most of them and divy them out to your/our friends. How is that any better? Either way its done, someone is gonna be unhappy. Hopefully its a big batch and we can all get some.
Hey, I’m not greedy. I have no intention of ever selling any of my Windstones. They’re not something I bought in the hopes of profiting off them in the future – I bought them because they’re beautiful works of art. I just don’t think it’s fair that those of us who have to work during the day don’t get a chance at all because we aren’t home on the computer. The only opportunity I’d have would be buying one for an exorbitant amount off ebay, without someone helping me. = That isn’t right – how would you like it if that was YOUR only choice? Personally, I’d prefer if they had a preorder system, but I assume that isn’t feasible. The emails from Susie would never help me, either, because like I said, I’m not home playing on my computer all day, waiting for them!
I’m also pretty sure the likelihood of any of us being able to AFFORD (credit cards or not) to buy “most of them” is slim to none. It’s the businesses who resell them on ebay (and elsewhere) that have that kind of buying power, not a passel of collectors.
I realize that keschete chose her words without much care, but I think what she was trying to do was allow the people who can’t be home all day a chance at the new releases, too. There’s nothing wrong with that, and I’m kind of offended by your assuming that all of us are doing this out of greed. I’m not saying I don’t see your point, but I can definitely tell you don’t see mine.
I thought of something else I want after staring at it in the store for ages. o_o I’d like a metallic blue butternut poad! I wonder if they’ll ever be restocked. >.>…
I don’t think she was on the actual toilet for the whole two years. She’d move around the bathroom, but it did say that she’d been sitting there for at least a couple of months without moving (at which point her legs atrophied and the whole place started smelling like…well…her) before he called someone. And she didn’t lock him out of the bathroom. >.>;
I dunno what NCOER means, but yay! =D

Why are the March letters worth so much gold when they can still be bought in the Gaia store? I’ve seen posts where people are already trying to buy and sell the March letters in the forums.
Also because a lot of people on Gaia don’t have real $ to buy the letters with…so they buy them off the marketplace. More people, more buyers…drives up the price. I usually buy some extras to make a bit o’ gold…and to hoard. In case I ever want to give them away. =) Heehee.

Cuuuute. @ the Poad
Man, I’ve been sucked in by the propaganda. XD I got my Burnt Sugar poad, and now must have a friend for her! But I’d like something a little more dramatic in the way of markings than this one. >.> I really liked the Crazy Lace Poad and the Purple Tiger Poad. =) Something like that~!
I also like that Emperor…I think. His eyeshadow…I can’t decide if I like it. o.o I’m guessing it’s not that dark in reality, though…>.>…
The worst part was the stupid boyfriend LETTING her sit there for two years (and claiming they had a normal relationship, it was just carried on in the BATHROOM!!?!) without telling anyone she needed help. What a creeper.
:0 <3 @ the wolf
Hmm. The female griffin is really pretty. =) That Emperor has some major eyeshadow going on, doesn’t he? o.o Kinda like the Red Fires, but more extreme.
dracco wrote:i voted purples . i love the lavender color!! but i also would like the shell too if it included pinks !!!
Shell can have lavender and pink in it! 😀 😀
I think it’s safe to say that Peacock and Red Fire would be super-popular curlie colors. o_o
