You all know what they say about opinions? I won’t say it but everyone has one….
This is really just opinions…not intending to hurt anyone….and DM is right, people can decided not to purchase if the price isn’t what they want to pay.
We all have a different idea of what is right and wrong and nothing is ever black or white, so don’t worry about it.
I personally get aggravated, but that is just me. I lived here, south of New Orleans for many hurricaines including Katrina and I have seen people take advantage of others by raising prices,hoarding, not sharing and I am very opinionated about such issues. In fact I spent a lot of time right after Katrina taking care of people in a shelter and getting friends to fedex me medicines to help these poor people. That isn’t the point of this thread, but perhaps it will help people here understand why I personally get frustrated. I guess that I hate that every thing in this world always just comes down to profit…and I would like to believe that there are more important things in this world…
Like making friends and sharing and helping each other out.

Ditto. I’m with keschete on this. I think the collectors who love Windstones for what they are, and not what they’re worth dollar-wise should be able to afford them. Like I said, if you’re one of those who’s online all the time, and will be watching for the new releases…let me know if you’re willing to text my cell so I can hustle home to help the list of people who can’t. = Yeah, that includes myself! Heh. Just PM me! 😉

Wait….aren’t you one of those who buy up Windstones and put them on ebay for way over the purchase price? Sorry, but I have to call a spade a spade and I may get people upset over this…but you were selling curls or coileds for way over retail on ebay a little while back?

You should read the forums….if you read the sections that don’t have anything to do with selling…you can get a great handle on what is going on.
Please PM me if you want to set up alliances to purchase special pieces as they come up. We are all frustrated with those who buy up special pieces to put them on ebay for a 300% mark up.

Everyone has opinions and personally I agree with yours. That is why myself and others have resorted to making alliances with other forum members to get new stuff, like the royal hatchers or curls.
If we can buy them from the forum at retail price, why pay $200 for a curl? I understand everyone needs to earn a living, but if it is a special piece and ebay resellers are competing with forum members for new pieces….well, I think forum members should have first shot at buying pieces.
If ebay resellers are buying new limited pieces from the site at retail price and then marking them up at 4 to 6 times the retail value, then that is not fair. I understand retired or older pieces.
But the curls going for $200 plus? That is ridiculous. They are current pieces. I am sorry, I just don’t feel any sympathy for someone who comes to the forum, buys a $50 curl and lists it for $200. I have sold a lot of Windstones and traded a lot of Windstones and bought a lot of Windstones…and I have never marked anything up 400%. That is just my 2 cents….
Soo, anyway, I vented, I wish you hadn’t retracted your post. I will continue to network with other forum members and I refuse to sell any extras on ebay for a mark up. If I have extras, they will be offered to forum members at retail prices.
I am here because I am a collector and I love windstones and I am not trying to make a profit on special pieces….

First off..if you are committed to training the dog, your husband has to be in the program. If he isn’t, you are spinning your wheels.
He can not complain if he isn’t participating, this is a dog. It is like training a child, and if you can not get together in training a dog, then you should be worried about training a child later on.
I think if you put a modicum of effort into training, you will be fine…Kaya

These are the Royal Hatchers….I am actually waiting on the White Hatching Empress to complete my collection.
