I am so sorry. 😥 My spectral I got from ebay was poorly packaged and came broken. It is heartbreaking when that happens, especially with a retired piece. We seem to be hearing about broken dragons and poor packaging a lot lately. I am fairly new to the forum. Have many members had this happen to them, or is this unusual? I am concerned about buying any more Windstone items from ebay unless it is from another forum member who understands.
She is incredible! What a gorgeous color. I would love to have her, but that’s just not possible. I am envious already, and she has not even sold yet.
Congratulations Maebnus. I guess I need to be quicker if I’m interested. If you snooze, you lose. 😥 Oh well; she is a lovely piece. You must have a great collection of PYOs. I can think of several I had bid on, but you won.
Thanks for the update. It is a beautiful dragon, and I am very happy she has a home where she will be loved. It bothered me that she may be sitting in a warehouse somewhere with all that beauty going to waste. Melody’s pieces are so beautiful, even the ones she finds fault with. Ski, I am very happy for you. Would you post a picture please?:D

I am so jealous! How did you get her? I’ve been watching ebay for months hoping she would come up for auction. I don’t suppose there is any chance you would part with her? I am partial to pink too, ans she is gorgeous!

littleironhorse, here is a picture of Green Sunset SK. I am having a hard time getting a decent picture without too much light and flash. Maybe I will try to take a picture when it is light out. You can see the green on the claws and along the edge of the wings.I love him, Nambroth. I call him my golden treasure. Thank you for all the time, effort and frustration you went through so I could add another beautiful Windstone piece to my collection. I bid on some of your other PYOs, but was always outbid. I hope sometime in the future you will be able to paint more dragons.
I guess the green sunset SK was inspired by the “green flash” that is seen at sunset, so Melody put flashes of green here and there on her sunset colors. When I lived in Hawaii they always announced what time the green flash was to occur, but I never saw it.
Thanks everyone. I have a really big curio that I bought especially to display them all in, but I have run out of room. I am going to be hard pressed to fit the few new ones I have coming. I am afraid to try to paint the PYOs. I have no artistic talent whatsoever, and so they just sit naked. Fortunately for me, so many of you are willing to share with us poor unfortunates who cannot do for themselves. I am so envious of all the talent I have seen on the forum. Yes, that is the gold leaf PYO Nambroth did. He is quite unique. littleironhorse, I will post a picture of green sunset SK soon. She really is very pretty. My favorite.
