And $288 is a bit too much for a non mint gothic uni. I know the seller claimed it was mint, but I could see several chips on the hooves and on the mouth of that one as well.
I wasn’t sure if that was a reflection or not, because it doesn’t seem to be in the other photos from a similar angle. The hooves for sure though.

I think the mermaid is so beautiful and womanly, I like her noice round bottom. I can see how some people wouldn’t like it though.
I’m not so sure about the Moonlight color though. Does anyone have a photo of her eyes? Are they all black? It’s hard to tell in the store. I really, really want to like the moonlight color, but it seems just a little creepy to me on the face. I’d have to see a better pic.

I actually fell for that one a couple months back. When I clicked the link, I really, really couldn’t believe what I was reading.
Then there’s that one commercial where they gut the woman alive. Eeeeesh. Guess that’s kind of what I was getting at earlier, about their campaigns just driving people away.

I like your approach 49er. That’s what I do, if I do end up trying to snipe an auction. But lately I’ve deliberately NOT been sniping. Since it is true that people are more likely to raise their highest bid in the last seconds, at least for me. I’ve made some downright stupid decisions in those final heated moments when I’m in a war with another last-minute bidder. That adrenaline is worse than alcohol for judgment!! @_@
