The seller contacted me back. Denied everything and said that you could see Droops foot broke off in the pic. Well, the auction says excellent condition so I wasn’t looking for something to be wrong with it. They should of stated that the foot was boken off in the description. Well anyways, the seller says to send them back and they will refund my money. I also mentioed something about the shipping to them. I paid $38.00 in shipping. The actual shipping cost was $8.50 and now I have to pay more shipping to send these guys back. I did ask the seller before I bought these guys if they combined shipping and they said no. Well then if I paid that much than these guys should of been shipped in their own individual boxes and packaged better. I said I wanted some of the shipping back too. I think that is fair.
I’m going to give the seller a chance first but if it can not be resolved that way then I will bring it up with ebay. One way or the other I’m not going to sweep this one under the rug.
I just told Griffiness on the “some curlie families to look at” thread that some one had put all three colors on ebay. griffiness had mentioned that they were def. on the list now.

I just looked on ebay and someone has all three colors listed. Starting price is $70.00 but you can buy it now for $130.00 plus $8.00 shipping.
I didn’t want to start a new thread so I figured if this goes to the top of the list you guys would probably read it. Another liar on ebay. just my luck. I bought four more Dragon keep and they were all listed by the same seller listed as excellent condition on all four. On one you could so tell that the eye was glued back in and his foor was glued back on. On the other his eye was glued back in, wasn’t even done right and has a glob of glue comming out the side. The other one is totally missing his left front foot/hand and was painted green. The other is ok. but get this, all four were put into a small box and wrapped with plastic bags and shipped this way. i knew good things were not gonna come from this. I opened up the box and pieces fell out. All four were broke. Pretty clean breaks but still. I didn’t have insurance cause the seller offered none. i emailed the seller and I know there is not really anything I can do about them being broke in shipping but I did tell them about the three that were misrepresented in the auction and that I want something done about it. They lied about the auctions and I now have four broken little dragons. So 😥 sad!

I agree or you can dry brush over it.
def. get ahold of HR. Give it a shot and explain how this guy purposly takes hours away in an attempt to get them to quit. I would def put in for a transfer. Why put yourself through that kind of treatment. To me this sounds like discrimination.
This guy is awesome. Looks soo real! I think the blue eyes are great. The brindle coloring really makes them POP.

some parents just need to stay away from ebay. I introduced my dad to it and now he calls me all the time to to look stuff up and bid on stuff. Thank goodness he doesn’t have his own computer, or I would have to go 25 miles out of my way just to show him how to use it! But I would cause he’s my dad.
