Do I get rid of the dark gold or the metallic white?? Ofcourse, it’s not even close to done. I just don’t really care for it, so before I get too carried away, I thought I’d ask for help.

February 24, 2007 at 7:31 pm #543427my vote goes to getting rid of the dark gold/copper spots (like around the eyes and shoulder) and just use that color to do antiqueing. 🙂 Love the wings though….
February 24, 2007 at 7:31 pm #543428I think I like the lighter gold you have on the flanks better than the dark. I like the metallic white, but that’s me. 🙂

February 24, 2007 at 8:03 pm #543430You can paint over it. If painting with the metallic white, it might take you a few coats, but you should get it.

February 24, 2007 at 8:36 pm #543432Whippet-s right – use the dark gold to antique. That-ll look stunning.
February 24, 2007 at 8:48 pm #543433I like the color scheme alot. Honestly the only thing I would change is that darker gold/bronze highlight around that one eye. That doesn’t really appeal to me personally. I like the side where it’s a lighter color around the eye. Other than that though I think he looks really good!!

I agree or you can dry brush over it.
February 24, 2007 at 9:45 pm #543435I love the color of the body. I was just thinking of a color like that for a dragon for DM.
February 24, 2007 at 10:12 pm #543436Cool, I agree, that dark gold has to go. I think I’ll really like it then. I’ll use it to antique, that’ll look great! Thanks for the suggestions guys! I’ll work on it tonight and post more pics when I’m happy with it.
