I actually did catch them when they were in stock… and am still waiting on my tax return. 🙄 That was self inflicted pain right there.
Yikes! That’s tough. 🙁 Hang in there. This too shall pass!

/cry I want that baby uni BAD…. Whoever gets it better post pictures.
I saw that you had posted in there, but I’m also confused. I can’t tell if it was sold or not…
It’s no longer listed on e-bay. I’ll see if I can find out if she’s still got it.

But I also saw she ended up selling to a forum member. Jellyfish!! Good for them!!!! 😀
YAY! that’s good news!
Laurie wrote:maybe, maybe not. I think bunches here would be interested in him and your progress on him. Problem right now for most is funds. Machineguts has an Arabian painting that’s out of this world, but no one has the money to buy him. 😕
the economy sucks!!! 👿Oooooh, could you point me in the direction of that painting? I’m a total horse nut since I was raised with them. Also, if I sold that picture, it wouldn’t be for much at all, seeing as how I’d just be happy to see it LEAVE. That thing taunts me.. haha!

It’s beautiful. 😕 The eye alone is fantastic. wish I had the talent you people do. I can pic em, just can’t paint em…um draw em…um etc. But that’s okie dokie, I get to look at everyone else’s work. Lucky, lucky me. 😉
You need to finish the doggie.
I take it to mean you do photography? THAT is an art in and of itself.. one that I am TERRIBAD at! So, we can envy one another.. LOL
nope, I mean pick out good work. that’s about my only talent. I just hang out with all you talented peoples. 😉
Well, you gonna do the dog? 😕 squeek*
I could finish him. I saved him as a reminder. Of what, I’m not certain. LOL. I’m actually in the middle of an important project right now, so maybe once I’m done I’ll finish up the GSD, just to prove to myself that I can. Then he’ll probably sit there and collect dust.. LOL

Now, since a gryphon is a fantasy critter, there is no defined way to attach the avian leg to the feline body- so all I can say is to use your references and develop a working knowledge of general anatomy, and BS the rest! XD How you put it all together in the end is up to you, and that’s what makes your art unique to you.
Thank you Jennifer for those helpful links. That first one helped a LOT!

YES!! Fabulous idea. 😀
I agree! My sister in law lives there, so I can visit her while I’m out there as well.
I keep looking at the kitty on ebay, but I have too much on my plate already… >.<
