2 weeks apart it looks like…
My oldest will be 10 in Nov, my second will be 7 in Aug and this one is due in November.
Wow… almost like we planned it all along. LOL… (Except for my lapse in 2005 when I forgot to consult you! ;))
And yeah. Way “post-teen”… I hit 35 in March this year. Ick. Wish I could have gone straight from 34 to 36. There’s just something about the number “35” that I don’t like. π
(And this one is due 11/3, but I’m a scheduled c-section…)
LOL – Yeah, I noticed that Serenity & I are like, seconds apart. LOL. π
My oldest will be 10 in September, my second 7 in July, my third 3 in December, and this little guy. π
There are times when I almost envy those who have them more-or-less all at once (it’d be nice to just blow through the diaper and constant night-feedings years and get them *done*)… but then I think I was given these angels in this spacing for a reason, and get time to enjoy each little one during the briefest year or two of their lives… because nothing goes by faster than the first 2!

We wound up doing a couple of themes in our family: First names that begin with “M” and second names that are in alphabetical order.
The “M” thing was more-or-less planned, but the alphabetical thing started as a fluke but is now our new tradition:
We’ve been calling this little guy Mo since conception, and no doubt that will be his nickname. So… something MO____? LOL…
And middle name will have to begin with “I”.
So that narrows our field quite a bit. π
Hi Everyone,
I’ve noticed, as I’ve surfed the board, quite a few Baby Gago tickers in sigs. I didn’t put my own in my sig as I didn’t have room for that plus my Dragon Cave babies, but I’m on the bandwagon myself.
Found out June 10th that we’re having another boy, and he’ll make 4. (2 girls + 2 boys = DONE. LOL.)
I’m now 21 weeks, due 11.3.2008, but plan for Halloween. π
What about you? First? More-than-first? Boy? Girl? Or as many seem to be having lately, twins or more?
π
Oh, and PS: Ever do the hand thing with a pendulum or needle & thread to find out what sex beforehand and did it work for you?
I have, and it’s called it 6:6. π
This thread is so long… Would it be possible to start a new one just like it?

Abby is one gorgeous dog. π
Here’s a pic of the cover (made by yours truly):
Here’s the “back cover blurb”:
Hollywood leading man Tyler Benson has finally found the perfect mate.
Smart, passionate, funny, sexy as hell, and with a kiss that sets off more fireworks than the paparazzi on the red carpet, Chelsea Morgan is everything Ty’s always wanted. Every touch, every kiss, the couple share is magic — movie magic, that is — since the small town mother of two found herself dropped into the role of his onscreen wife.
Unfortunately the sparks don’t stop flying just because the film stops rolling. Soon Ty and Chelsea find their fictional roles bleeding into their normal lives, and both find it all too easy to imagine a home together as a real family.
But it’s hard to find a classic Hollywood ending for an ill-timed romance when the role of “spouse” has already been filled…

The only ‘set’ I collect is trying to acquire the young dragon sculpt in all the colors. So far I have all the retired colors. Since I haven’t seen the young dragon done in special colors and put on Ebay like the bigger sculpts, at least I don’t have to worry about missing any. I’d never be able to afford any Ebay auctions unless I win the lottery. π
Yeah… I drool over those eBay specials. Especially those BG ones with the special paint… *sniffle*
Too bad eBay doesn’t do layaway, and thank god for the stores that do. I’d never have my rising spectral now, or the OW that’ll arrive in a couple of months otherwise… (not to mention the emperor).Leigha wrote:I started trying to collect all the white dragons! π I still am, if I can find them at decent prices, but now I mostly collect by what I see that calls out to me. I wish I could collect all of the colors in the lap dragon sculpt, she’s my favorite. I do collect all the fledgies in all the colors though. They’re somewhat affordable and I can see all the colors!
I’ve seen someone’s collection in one of the Show Your Collection threads, in which they had all the white dragons including the SK and a magi.
That’s totally what I’m going for with the BG color (someday). π
The laps are beautiful. Love the rising specs… love those eyes. Wish the SKs kept those special eyes even for the limited production pieces to match with the colors. I see in the Windstone store that they have “regular” eyes, which, IMO, is disappointing…
pegasi1978 wrote:Add another one to the “I collect by a combination of the above.” for me. When I first started collecting it was just by critter, the hoofers. After I found the forum I branched out some and now I have griffins and dragons. With the hoofers and Griffins I go for the whole families of the colors I like. With the dragons I go for the pieces that call out to me.
I can see me doing that someday, after I’ve collected all the BG dragons I can. π
Branching out into other Windstone critters… π

I also like to have the whole family`s in a set when it comes to the Griffins, Ki Rin`s and Unicorns.
But there are a also several sculpts that I love, so I strive to get those in each color…like the Poadsβ’β’β’, Curlies, Griffin chicks, Emperor Dragons and Fledies… π
LOL… did you leave anything out? ππ HMMMMM….Actually now that I think of it yeah I did… π I also love the PYO Ki Rins, so eventually I want to have at least one painted by each forum member… π But I know that will probably take me a very long time…. π
Well, if it’s any consolation, you can cross my name off the PYO list — I suck at that sort of thing. So that’ll be one less that you have to worry about collecting. π

(I believe it was asked “informally” in a previous thread, but I thought I’d ask “formally” now.)
How do you do your Windstone?
Do you collect by critter?
By color?
By sex?
By type?
By whatever calls out to you?
A combination of the above?
Or some other way?Myself, for example, I collect by both critter (dragons) and color (partial to the Black-Gold)… But those silver royal hatchlings called me! LOL…
Thank you in advance for sharing! π
