Even out west? The financial people (I’m too tired to think of what they are called) predicted that it wouldn’t affect the western provinces.
Not that predictions are right. Just last year they said that there would be no recession. Hum, what do you call this then?

I remember the Gas Wars in Grande Prairie – the gas got down to them almost paying you to get their gas. Ah those were the good old days….
I yell at people out in the hallway of our apartment building if they are loud… does that make me old? Especially if I do it in the old person voice –
“You young’uns better turn down that rock and roll or I’m gonna bring my cane over there and give you a lickin’!”
😆 I was thinking that when I went over to walk the dogs I’m pet sitting. The neighbor upstairs and across the hall had the music so loud it sounded like it was coming from the apartment! But, then I’ve never liked loud music. I’m guess I’m just not the party type.
Was it really 23 years ago since the goonies? No that doesn’t make me feel old…..

I’m glad she’ll be okay. I’ve eaten worse and lived to tell. (Not that I would….) But, I wasn’t near as bad as my oldest sister. She got into everything. Funny now, but, not back then I’m sure.
The worst thing I ate was too many vitamins. I ended up getting my stomach pumped… I remember I was trying to get my friend to take his vitamins. So, I showed him that they tasted good. Luckily he didn’t listen to me.

Oh, poor Ski, I know how you feel. I should be getting the evil twin feeling soon. I have split ends as well. But, I think I can one up you. My knees still hurt. I can’t afford physio…. plus I’ve been getting migraines, stupid weathers been changing so often. My allergies are worse this year too.
To Frozen: Pouts, I don’t drink beer but, are you sure I can’t drink it all? Won’t it help the split ends from the inside out? 😆
She called Mom last night. Social services was going to move her. But, the government wouldn’t approve the higher amount for the apartment. So, she’s back in her old one. Why she couldn’t tell someone this sooner. (We still don’t know where she was for those weeks. She wasn’t at the old address…)
But, at least we know she’s okay. 😀
Now, I think I’ll get breakfast, then have a nap. I’m pet sitting and I didn’t get much sleep last night. Then this morning Bianca attacked Bingo….. I’m at home now, but, I have to go over again soon for another walk. Yawns.
I’m sorry, I think my post this morning was a little on the negative side. I understand her need for privacy. I’ve just been really worried about her lately. (Even before you posted about her being in the hospital.)
