For all we know it could have been a Whompa attack π³ , hell even the snow speeders couldn’t take the cold and had to be thawed out in the hangers …im sorry a little tired here at midnight π .
seriously he is a moron
all the free wear i have found or video editing of conversion puts a huge watermark on your work till you pay , even though they say free. after you download it tells you about the price for the FULL version. Its a pain in the arse , i have been looking for a program to convert VOB to WMV but no luck and i have been looking for a few months now . I think it may just be easier to buy a program for conversion for 35 bucks at a store not on one of these sites though . I have a video editor PD got for me for Xmas Sony Movie Studio 9 Platinum . It has 3 different program one to edit and sync up your movie with sounds text etc. one to make DVD’s and toss themes , titles etc to already existing movies and the other coverts it to play on portable devices like the PSP and such .
im biased against Ikea. I worked for them a short time in a distribution center after CAT when i was sick. They dont let their employees off for ANY American holidays because they run by a strict standard of only being off for Norwegian or Swiss (im not sure any more where they are from) holidays. They worked you to the bone and as far as the quality , if something fell 3 feet off the lift it usually broke .
PD likes their stuff but most of it is particle board with thin lamination or pine , neither is good to hold a load . The dragons will warp it in a matter of months ; its really no better than anything you would get at a Wal-Mart . If the other stuff your looking at is good hard wood i would scoop it up for 300 bucks . You dont see hardwood on the market anymore unless you go to a really high end place and are willing to spends thousands .
December 26, 2008 at 4:01 am in reply to: This Xmas sucks π ..well it wasnt that bad after all #747512Laurie got home early so we had Xmas at like 2pm , so i am happy with that , one of the guys there came in early so she could have time with Alyssa this afternoon . If not we would have waited till tomorrow morning because we didn’t get home till 9:30 pm . My mother bought Alyssa lots of clothes , some learning toys and Sponge Bob videos , then she stole one of my mothers animated snow globes ..well she didnt steal it my mom saw how much she loved it and gave it to her . Surprisingly my sister got Alyssa a gift too , she got her a Sponge Bob doll with a video , we had to load it all in one of those tree bags to bring home .My aunt got her a really nice DVD player for the car so she can watch Sponge Bob on long trips , we have been wanting one for a while for her . We got her a ton of Peek-A-Blocks and Roll-A-Rounds with the really big Mega Block and the dinosaur play set ( i guess thats what it would be called ) and she wouldnt leave her Elmo doll alone after that was opened thats all she wrote. She completely ignored the horse that you hook to the TV and it shows pictures when she bounces on it . Her other Grandmother got her a Peek-A-Block thing with a few blocks and some singing dog .She really did get a lot of stuff , more than she knows what to do with , and places i have to put it all π . But all in all she had a nice day , long and tiring too .What a mess i have to clean tomorrow π
thats great gratz π

December 25, 2008 at 3:49 am in reply to: This Xmas sucks π ..well it wasnt that bad after all #747506PD has to work day shift tomorrow so i dont know what we are going to do with Alyssa opening her presents. It would be easy if Laurie was just going to come home after work no problem …buuuuuuut we MUST go to her grandparents house or they will all pop an anurism ( which is a wonderful gift in my mind πΏ ) and she wont hear then end of it . Then we have to go to her brothers house all the way in another county and hour away after that . By the time we get home it will be late π‘ . I cant stand it , this is Alyssa’s first Xmas and she has to celebrate it running all over christs creation and not getting her gifts until every one else is satisfied . to top it off i havent even gotten to see one playing of A Christmas Story yet . Im just gonna BAH HUMBUG this Christmas wake me up when its over

Here in Canada we have a ‘Good Samartian” Law that states that if you help someone, reasonably (so the woman in the story would have been covered) then they cann’t sue. If they try then it has to be proved that the resuer acted with gross negligence and complete lack of thought and it’s pretty hard to do. People try but well some people are idiots
we have a good Samaritan law too , its the small print that this woman is being sued for. Since she had no medical training or CPR knowledge she can be sued …its all bureaucratic bull and greedy lawyers making this lawsuit happen , they are going for the gross negligence stating that the person in the car was paralyzed by the actions of the rescuer , even though the trapped woman stated that she had no movement in her legs before the rescue took place. I forget what they call it legally ( besides BS ) but her entire prosecution is based on jury sympathy. its all a rouge to get money
