Actually, once we get the fencing we need next week, that will be more or less the end of the spending, the rest will hit the savings account.

Spending spree continues…
He got me a Breyer’s Phantasma…! Been wanting one since they came out over a year ago, never thought I would find one in a store, but we did and we got it for 20% off too!
He also got us a Bissel X2 carpet cleaner machine. We sooo needed it.
Got some clothes for the kiddo, and some grass seed for the yard, and he’s been at it on eBay, watch out.

She’s already out of my price range, and I am holding out for the Autumn leaf anyhow, but if it never goes into production, I’m never gonna have one, which is sad, since I am saving a space just for her in my curios.

I really loved it, about time they told off certain people…those who’ve read it will know who I mean, I hope.
I was disappointed that several of the main characters in previous books were background though.

He bought them for himself, but since we live together, I get to enjoy them too. So in a way, they are for both of us, cause he knew how much I wanted those too.
He’s collecting some gargoyles too, so he’ll have something that is mostly just his in those, like I do with my unicorns and kirins.
The dragons are kinda joint collection, since we both really like the dragons.

Chicken Adobo
INGREDIENTS
* 1 1/2 cups water
* 1 cup distilled white vinegar
* 4 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
* 4 cloves garlic, crushed
* 1 Lg Onion, chopped
* 2 tablespoons salt
* 1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
* 2 or 3 tablespoons vegetable oilDIRECTIONS
1. In a large pot, put in oil, onions and garlic, saute until onions are translucent. Then add the water, vinegar, soy sauce, peppercorns, and salt. Mix together, add chicken pieces and simmer over low heat (uncovered) until chicken is cooked through and tender (25 to 35 minutes).
2. Remove chicken from pot and brown in oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
3. Return chicken, with oil/juices, back to pot with reserved sauce. Cover and simmer over medium heat until desired amount of sauce is yielded.This is mostly original recipe from the net, however, we really like the onion addition, so that is the variation we use when we make this.
Served over white rice it is really good, and you can substitute the chicken pieces with chicken breast or even pork if you wish. If replacing with breast or pork, I would sear them in a pan before putting in the sauce to skip step 2.

He is jade, he’s one of the rare ones painted the wrong shade of green. Translation, he’s rarer than rare. And if I remember right, he was the price for a paint job from Nambroth.

Oh BTW, your gargoyle should be there by next Wed. I had to send him via FedEX, not sure how you managed it, but they wanted to charge me over $20 to send him back with the same options you had before. Ridiculous! Same box, same weight more or less and dimensions, but they were charging more than you spent.
