I knew the parents had been sold, both to very lucky people; they’re beautiful. It’ll be really neat to watch the auctions for the babies! One day I’ll be up bidding with you big spenders, but not today. 😀
It’s good to know this goes in spurts, though, hopefully I can recover some pieces during the “down” periods. Though, I’m not sure how “down” this place could ever actually get…

I got a glimpse the Ki-rin before anything else, and spent a good few seconds wondering how and why you got the pupil to do that before remembering photoshop existed. 😆
I don’t think the neck and wings touch in the production ones, I was just hoping that fact that his do was a trick of the angle. Well, he’s gorgeous, anyway. Thank you!

pipsxlch, if you don’t mind my asking, is he a production or prototype model? I love all the little nicks and scratches, but a lot of them were removed when he went into production… I’d love to be able to compare the two.

This thread has a little bit on that. I think it’s because they were just too difficult to cast, but it seems strange that none were made in just one particular color.

The muse is another little sculpt, but it exhibits all sorts of fun textures to practice painting on. It’s also amazing.
