My fiancee (a new teacher) thinks that getting on a sublist is a good plan. Hopefully you can get your account back and get your portfolio back.
At any rate, subbing at the very least should get you in with a school board, which while it doesn’t help you get a full time job NOW, you’d be making some money, part time, while building up contacts in multiple schools, which will increase your chances later, regardless of what’s happened to your portfolio.

My boss asked the question today… “Why the hell would a NAIT grad want to work for us?”.
I’M A NAIT GRAD!!!! *cries* I feel like he thinks my standards are really low (though he probably just doesn’t know that I’m a NAIT grad).
I’m feeling very insulted. 🙁 Hopefully he doesn’t catch on that I’m probably going to be angry and ignoring him all week. And if he does, hopefully he doesn’t ask why. 🙄

I know! Not to mention, even if they were allowed in the area, they sure wouldn’t be allowed in my apartment building.My pocketbook’s a bit happy about that one though. 😉

I’d set up a small video camera outside your house (preferably so you can see where she dumps her garbage, AND where the dog poops). That way, when you do go to authorities, you have PROOF that this is happening on a regular basis. It might catch her speeding car as well.

I never saw the serpentine ones…. but I LOVE the sand. I really liked the chocolate rain (it was such a delicious color of brown, regardless of how hard it was to paint), but I think I prefer the sand to it.
I would LUV Sand to be production!!!!!! I would kill to see a Sand scratcher…. 🙂
Of course, now I’m picturing an Emerald Peacock hippo…. I don’t think it should ever be done!

Um one I made up:
equal parts amaretto and green sourpuss
sprite/7up
Mix to the taste ratio you prefer, I liked the regular sized glass to the 1oz of (total) alcohol sort of deal. You can mix and match the ratios as you will… it kinda sounds gross but it’s SOOOO GOOD.Apple Pie drink (or without the sprite it’s a shot)
equal parts butterscotch ripple schnapps, and green sourpuss (1/2oz to 1/2oz or whatever amount you’re making)
sprite or 7up
ice
cinnamonmix the booze and the pop, with ice, then sprinkle the cinnamon on top. FOR GOD SAKE DO NOT MIX ONCE THE CINNAMON IS ON!!! IT WILL EXPLODE (yeah, experience 😳 It was actually kind of cool, but ruined my drink)! You can probably mix the cinnamon in with the shot (as it has no pop/ice in it) but I like it better just on top.
Butterfinger
equal parts butter ripple schnapps and baileys (it’s good with the caramel baileys or the original)
milkmix the ratio you want (hey if you want 4oz of booze to 1oz of milk, that’s your choice, right? LOL) and enjoy. If you’re not badly lactose intolerant (I get nauseated, but not really sick from it), I find that it tastes good with vanilla soy or vanilla almond milk as well. But the baileys still has lactose in it, so be forewarned.
Oh I probably have a few others kicking around somewhere, but I’m having trouble remembering what day it is, much less drink recipes. 🙄
