Well, that’s encouraging! I hope mine go that way. At the moment my jaw aches so much I wouldn’t even care if the operation did go wrong, I just want ’em OUT!
I get to have my wisdom teeth taken out, finally. We haven’t arranged an appointment yet for the surgery, but I’m hoping it will be soon… meanwhile, I was wondering–anyone got any nice horror stories about having their wisdom teeth pulled?
It will distract me from the pain of needing them out and give me something fun to think about while I’m waiting for the appointment. 😀
Holy cow, that’s nuts. I had no idea you were running something that awesome! Uh… I mean, something else as awesome as this forum, of course. 😀 Seriously though, that is a crazy set-up.
Amber, it was beautiful of you to post all that about your grandmother… It was beautifully worded and it’s so clear that it came straight from the heart. I am disconcerted to find how different what you said is from what I remember about my grandparent’s death… there wasn’t any funeral or anything–but then some things are the same. And I was so much younger than you are.
It’s good you are able to post about your thoughts and feelings so openly, it will help a lot as you get over the grief. *hugs* It feels weird giving condolences that aren’t in person, hehe. Take care.
What do we think? Well… I think I want to EAT it! :d Mm, chocolate cream!

that could be totally x-rated
and I’m not x-rated….just NC-17
cause I give the illusion of x-rated…but not the real thing…
LOL
X-rated? Is that another way to say Italian? 😆
We will have to start a dictionary… with an almanac section to explain Windstone Time.

There is nothing wrong with pizza sent by fan-girls!
I hearby declare this pizza a Skizza.
And I’m making myself very, very full.

I cant withhold info from you guys. You are like family! But one pizza feeds like, what? one person? 😆 No one can eat just one.
I am on my fourth slice… But to polish off a whole pizza I think I need to eat a lot more than that. 😆
Greater Basilisk wrote:Is there some Windstone Special called Send One Pizza, Get One OOAK Dragon going on? 😆
Send ONE?!?! It was more like… six.
Mm… pepperoni… There’s a lot left, but I’m not sure how it would ship… Might get kinda moldy without refridgeration.
Thank you soooo much! 😀
Ski, am I right that you are to blame for this pizza I’m eating? It’s DELICIOUS!

I’m willing to bet this only holds true when you can’t understand them.
“Poile le leche encore!”
I like using Faber-Castell for a really silly reason: it amuses me that the color names are in German as well as English.
Otherwise, I’m not experienced enough with pencils to know much… but it seems to me that the Fabers are a bit, hm, harder? And they aren’t quite as pastel-like as Prismas when you’re coloring on paper that isn’t white. The end up a little more translucent than Prismacolors, I think. (The difference isn’t that great, though, otherwise I would be able to remember which pieces I did with which pencil, which I can’t…)
When it comes to watercolor pencils I’ve decided I like Derwent. Prismacolor is nice too, but they kept breaking! Then again, maybe I just got a crappy batch…
