I could see getting my first OW, Lap or Scratcher in this color…I love the orange eyes too… π
I would have loved a Mother or Male in this color..but I’m limiting myself to one design each for now… π
If I win this broken Lap Dragon on eBay , I’ll have to do a little minor sculpting and some re-painting myself.
Is there a certain type of readily available paint or putty for doing both of those… ? I have some modeling putty but I don’t know if it will work well. π
I love the coloring of the Dragon.. a kind sky blue with silver rain…and the gold reminds me of how the sun glints off something wet…very nice..and perfect for an oriental sky dragon. π
I’d like to see another blue/silver piece at some point…really gives you a ” cool ” feeling. π
Reminds me of the first Ace Ventura movie where Jim Carrey is dressed as the UPS guy and crushes, smashes and yes, plays football with the fragile package he is delivering…. π
These carriers prob. keep upping shipping costs just to pay off all the insurance claims they are getting….
Now just to be clear this Garden Dragon is the larger outdoor piece Melody was working on and not one of the Rock Dragons right ?

I can’t tell 100% without seeing your comp. but usually the camera stores the pics and you open a program that came with your camera you prob. had to upload on your comp. you then click on some bit that tells the camera to transfer the pics to your computor… it will then either store them in a specialized file in the camera program or it will send them to My Pictures/ My Documents or something similar. From there you just use your photobucket account to search your pc and retrieve the picture file…after it’s transferred to PB you can link to it. I hope that helped…I’m in no way an expert myself… π
π π I’ll take a prediction for the next year or so….or maybe just eventually… π π
π That’s what I was thinking too…he’s def. got a mouthful… π
If my comp. skills were half as good as my imagination I could prob. photoshop one of the existing Dragons into a Wyvern…. anyone with skillz ? π
Can I assume the Dragons are also featured in this work ? π
We def need more Dragons with open mouths… π

BiPolarBear wrote:Hello, wow its been a long time since i’ve heard anyone mention the dinos. Do you have the packing for the dragon you bought recently? I worked in shipping at windstone and I’m thinking you might be able to use the cardboard honeycomb pieces that come with each piece to repack it pretty safely, that and and packing peanuts stuffed until its completely tight. Then to be extra protective mark it fragile.
I loved the Dinos before I even saw the Dragon pieces, the Protoceratops especially… π I’ve seen her is several movies even… Jurassic Park most notably… it’s on the top shelf behind Grant and Ellie at the beginning when Hammond comes to pick them up.
I haven’t bought one from the site yet, just eBay and most of em’ don’t come in their orig packing…if I ever do get one that does I’ll certainly try that. Thanks !
One posed like this one would be nice : http://cgi.ebay.com/MY-PET-DRAGON-Cool-Shoulder-Resting-Dragon-Prop-NEW_W0QQitemZ150191013873QQihZ005QQcategoryZ10861QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
But with Melody’s style of Dragon…. π
It’s a good one.. great minds think alike eh ? π π
I’m sure some people would view it as just another Dragon but it would be more diff. than just posing or position…I would def buy one. And I’ve tried some sketches ( no way to post em’ though ) but a Wyvern could be made beautifully in Windstone style. I really think it would be similar enough to the current Dragons to be bought by long time fans and different enough to get others to buy one… π π
