So a couple months ago I found an old green emperor (along with a few other pieces) on a craigslist listing in the area my brother lived in, so I had him go buy them for me and asked him to ship them to me. Paid him for his gas and everything. He never shipped them to me. My mom went and picked him up and brought him home this weekend MOM – 1 BROTHER – 0. So, I finally got my Windstones and here they are!
Two Male Unicorns, one has a broken ear, looks like the other is mint.
Black and Red Large Wizard, he’s got a few chips on him, but nothing major that I saw.
OLD GREEN EMPEROR WOOT! He’s also got a few chips on him, I might need to get Kyrin or Drag0n to repair him.
And then there’s this castle…now it looks like the “Mystery Castle” that Melody and Co. auctioned off on eBay. But I remember that auction I think, and I believe it said this castle was never put into Production and that they only had 10 castings of it?

It has a Windstone felt bottom, so it’s legit, but I’m wondering how it got out of the factory if they were never produced?
Wow! Great finds! Congrats Leigha! Especially on the Emperor and the castle! Spectacular! Someday I’ll find a green emperor when I have the funds (at the same time… someday!). 😀

Holy cow that does look like the mystery castle. I do remember each castle that was auctioned had slightly different paint jobs. I might still have the pictures (it would be burned on a CD somewhere if I do have them). Is it signed or anything on the bottom?

It is not signed and the pad looks very very old, the “worn down over time” look, but the Windstone logo is still very clearit’s got a lot of chips on it too (geez, do people like drop these things over and over?)
It doesn’t have any blue on it either like the Ravenheart picture either
The ravnheart picture was just one of the castles (I think the first one). The others had other colors. There was one with green if I remember right. Some castles were more greyish, other more tannish on the stone color.

Heh those emporers might take me SOME time in order to acquire just one!! ^^ I usually end up buying the smaller ones cause I can’t wait long enough to save for an emporer! LOL

Holy COW!! That IS a mystery castle. I have number 4 and spent $600 on it! I truly hope that a bunch of these dont come out of the wood work. That’s a freakin find. Mine is colored the same, only looks newer and I have blue spots… one above the door, and a few going around the tower.
Great find! Looks like you got yourself some unique treasures! Glad you finally got them–thanks to your mom! 😀

I hope they don’t come out of the woodworks either, that would make the eBay ones less valuable and that would be baaaaaaad.
Melody isn’t sure, I can’t contact the seller anymore because I deleted her phone number and address and emails because the transaction was completed like a month/month and a half ago and my bro doesn’t remember the number anymore either. =
