I’d say the first is definitely copied from the Maiasaur, but I don’t think the second two are an infringement. They’re ugly, of course, and the poses aren’t similar enough.

I just don’t think it’s close enough. You can always ask John though. I don’t think they are going to look at resemblances in the wings that closely. There are only a certain way to do wings, after all.
