Agreed. The colors look good on her but didn not on the male.
Meh, I am not really fans of either of them although I do agree the female wears it better. That’s a first, usually it’s the opposite

I’m in love with his markings. I’m not a fan of unicorns but I love the Grand Unicorn sculpt. Maybe, someday, Hell will freeze over and I won’t be out-bid and I will win one painted by Melody. I just don’t like white unicorns. I’m still kicking myself for not getting the Gurlla Grand Unicorn when he was in the store 🙄

I don’t even recognize the color as Autumn Leaf. The SK, OW, and Spectral’s autumn leaf color schemes seamed more harmonious to me. These new pieces are making me rethink how I feel about the autumn leaf color… and not in a good way 😕 =P
WOW I’m glad there is more than one Mineral Spring OW. I adore that color! And the name. Makes him sound so cold and refreshing…makes me thirsty O.O
I kind of think the Ow’s Olympia painted are too “shiny” for my taste 😳 I love the colors themselves but just not on the Ow. Maybe on a more delicate dragon like the lap or something. I really want to like it but I just don’t 🙁
I got the Autumn Leaf Griffin today. That eBay picture was not exactly flattering, and I must admit I was waiting to see …. Did I get him for a good price because of his not-so-great picture? Or would I be thinking, OMG, what did I do? 😮
The verdict? I don’t care what he is named. I love all those colors. 😀 Aside from wishing the black on his head was a little less glossy, I even like the glossy look on the rest of him. If I had the room, I would be trying for the Female to match him; and I don’t even like the Female Griffin sculpt. 😉

Glad to here, the pictures just made him look like a big mess 😆 He reminded me of that look of oil on tar in a rainstorm

A lot of the darker pieces look bad with black backgrounds; a bit lighter color would show them off better. Adding flash glare to something that is already glossy doesn’t help either. 🙁 I don’t like “glossy”, but he looks beautiful in my lighting. 😀 I am definitely not complaining about the bad photos. 😆
