Wind Wizard need help

This ts the first time I have seen a Wind Wizard for sale. I know they are rare but do you think $175.00 is a fair price.
I have downloaded a picture. Any knowledge would be welcomed.

I’ve been trying without luck to remember what it sold for last time I saw it. I think $175 might be an okay but not great price (assuming it has its COA), but it depends on how much you want it. You don’t see Wind Wizards often anymore, but they do pop up.

I know I’ve seen one or two listed for around $300, so I feel like $175 is much more reasonable… Don’t remember what they originally retailed for, but maybe someone has that info?
