For watching the store for hours?

I for one am a chronic clicker…

*clicks on store home*
*clicks on back in stock*
*clicks on links for each individual pieces I am looking for*
*checks forum for a new post in store discussion thinking… “Maybe they’re up and I just missed them somehow”*
*repeat steps 1-4 as necessary*

So how about you? Are you a repeatitive refresher, a chronic clicker like me, a site stalker… checking twitter & other sites for clues?

(just trying to make conversation before I GO CRAZY) 😈

I keep seperate tabs going–on with the oriental dragon page, one with the store front page, one with LJ, Windstone Twitter, etc. Refreshing each at random. I’ve just been checking the count on ‘Back in Stock’ at the bottom of the store page, to see if the number changes…

And try to have dinner, answer e-mails, feed the cats–all in short bursts! 😆

I have a tab open for each item I’m looking to snatch up 🙂 (pyos and kitties atm)
and the Windstone forum tab open

and I refresh them probably obsessively, until I’m distracted (hmm…where’d I put hair tie?) and

and then I remember like 10 minutes later after getting distracted by a bunch of random things

“OH SHIT THE STORE”

and I go back to refreshing each page

Until the next time I get out of my chair for one thing or another and forget all over again 😀

That’s what happens to me AT WORK! Get a phone call or my boss or somebody asks a question, and then 20 minutes later–oh CRAP–the Windstone Store!! 😆

Ah yes, that sounds like me when I am at my home computer! At work I can only chance one window though. 😳

It’s hit and miss with me. Sometimes someone says something on the forums that makes me run to the store. Usually missing them by mere seconds, or catching the last one! And sometimes I just get lucky. 🙂 I haven’t had the cart empty thing happen, but I haven’t really chanced it on anything other than PYO’s that have many instock. 😀
I certainly didn’t chance it with the Amethyst Young Oriental a few moments ago…Scott even offered to paypal it for me, and I was like…”No time! No time!” 😳 (Maybe I will get lucky and he will give me the monies for the MO. 😀 )
