Okay! Almost done, I just need to clean up a few areas… any thoughts on the eyes?? I don’t have any color right now but red which looks like crap so I tried a few of the custom ones to see how they looked.

since it’s dark out I had to do indoor pics which never show the right color so I have some with the flash and some without

I like the eyes that you have in on his display side, they have some of that purple/pink/red color, whatever that is in the eye.

Oh, well I didn’t really think of that, but that wouldn’t be a problem if it came to that. The eyes are the “sorcery eyes” from dreamingtreestudio.com They’re white and purple, they look pretty neat, but I thought they looked distracting.

Do you think it would look better if I painted all this scales on the shoulder and up the side of the back black??

I just think that whole are looks empty next to the rest of the really BUSY scheme… thoughts?

He’s really neat! I think painting the shoulder scales black could work – it would kinda even out the details a bit. But maybe not necessarily just black – perhaps you could try to carry the blues and purples you have on the other scales as well. It’s kinda hard to explain what I’m envisioning 😳 .

I think that black would over power it. but lightening them to a creemy almost white at the bottom could help break up the colors some.
