Doranna Durgin also wrote some good books especially if you like horses.

I loved “Touched by Magic” and “Dun Lady’s Jess”. I think they are out of print now. I wish she would write some more books (other than Star Trek) because I really enjoyed her.

Believe it or not she is writing for Harlequin now!

I hear tell that’s where the real money is, for writers.

I just read Dragon Champion and Dragon Avenger by E. E. Knight. It’s about dragons in the dragon’s point of view. I really liked them and await the next book, but be warned this is not a fluffy frilly magical sort of fantasy. It’s very ‘realistic’ and tells it the way it is with no glitter.

I recommend both of these too! I just got and finished Dragon Avenger right after Xmas. Thanks for the heads up Nam!

While hiding somewhere in my head I'm on the lookout for white oriental dragons! Please let me know if you know of any available. Thank you!

You might like Robin Hobb (my favorite is the Liveship trilogy) and Sara Douglass. Glen Cook has good stuff too.

Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

I actually just borrowed these two from the library. Now I just have to find the time to read them!

I’m on the hunt for a new fantasy series while I’m waiting on George Martin…Any recommendations?

The Dresdin Files by Jim Butcher are good. Also, Jane Lindskold has a good series. The first one is ‘Through Wolf’s Eyes’.

I’ve been reading the Lindskold wolf books. They are a pretty good read! Nothing really earth-shaking in them, but a pretty interesting setting and good characters.

I’m reading Cradle by arthur C clarke and the graphic novel AHistory of Violence. As soon as I finish them I get to read Neverwhere (I finaly found a copy). Then who knows what. Maybe by then I’ll have found a way to get at least the beginnings of the discworld novels for cheap.

I would help but I am just to tired to get out of bed today~

I’m reading Children of Dune. And I finally found a copy of Howl’s Moving Castle! And The Thief Lord by Cornelia Funke was given to me for Christmas, so I’ll be reading that next. Omnomnomnom. Those are mostly kiddy books though… well, exept for Dune.

Hmm, I guess that doesn’t help you too much… Read Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman!

*Everyone should read Neverwhere! Read it, I say, read it! (commences to do wild dance of fanaticism) READ EEEET!!*
