My favorite ones I own are the tiger cub (only one in the world), the blue and gold OW that was raffled off for the benefit for DDVM, the Bengal shuteye flapcat, the tiny very old tabby flapcat, the dark dun grand unicorn, the PYO dragon in forest green and gold by Kujacker, the complete wizards production set, all 13 oriental suns, the quagga foal and mother, and the large calico shuteye flapcat. This is very hard!!(I would also never give up my very first Windstone: a peacock male given to me by a very dear friend now deceased.)
Ones I don’t own that I really want are the quagga male and second foal, the dark blue production oriental sun, the open eyed Bengal flapcat, the amenthyst oriental dragon, any other amenthysts that come out, the skyblue male, any castle except the Merry one, (can’t remember the rest of the name), and the dark blue sun with the silver horns (still crying over the loss of that one! 😥 ) and the black and white grand unicorns and pegasus (do they make the grand pegasus? I hope so!)
I hope I can post the pictures of the collection soon, at least before the end of the summer.July 15, 2009 at 2:07 pm #773283drgnlvr wrote:the dark blue sun with the silver horns (still crying over the loss of that one! 😥 )
Didn’t the dark blue sun w/ silver horns come up on ebay a few weeks ago? I think he sold for close to two grand. Were you one of the bidders?
Looking for Blue Fawn Baby Kirin
Sanguine Oriental Test Paints, kinglet
Sun Dragon Koi #3July 15, 2009 at 4:02 pm #773284Is that how much he sold for? I think it was a forum member who sold it. I stopped tracking the auction after it hit $1,200.

Well Windstone has auctioned 19 special versions: Blue, Bronze, Copper, Copper Gold, Dark Green, Flaming Red, Graphite, Green, Jade Silver, Pearl Gold, Pewter, Rainbow Glitter, Red Gold with Violet, Serpentine, Silver, Summer Green, Twilight, Twilight with Silver Details, Winter Blue.July 15, 2009 at 7:37 pm #773288WOW! I had no idea there were that many! I love the Sun dragons soo much (even my mom has been trying to steal them from me lol) you’re lucky to have almost all of them drgnlvr!
July 15, 2009 at 11:31 pm #773289I want the Serpentine–I was the seller of the Twilight w/Silver Accents Sun Dragon. 😀 He is beautiful with the silver horns and claws. They should really do more with the dark colors, it is a really striking combo, but so far, this is the ONLY silver-horned Sun Dragon done to date…
July 16, 2009 at 4:16 am #773290Yes, I was one of the bidders, I stopped at $2000. I think if I had continued bidding it would have just gone higher and I would have lost it anyway, the other bidder was just determined to get it. So, yeah, I certainly wanted it!!!
My list of suns are: Bronze #2, Copper-Gold #1, Copper #2, Dark-Green #1, Graphite #2, Light Jade, Light Peacock, Flaming Red #1, Ruby, Pearl-Gold #4, Summer-Green #2, Jade-Silver #1, and Winter-Blue #1. I also have the Oriental dragons of Jade, Emerald, and Dark Blue, and the Baby orientals of Dark Blue, Ruby, Peacock, Emerald, Jade, and Amethyst. That’s it for the Orientals. I would really like to get the Dark Blue sun to complete the collection of production suns, I’ve been watching for one for over a year! 🙂 The ruby, peacock, and light jade are productions, not special, so I have 10 specials and 3 productions. I understand that there is only one ruby, and several color variations with the blues and greens. Is that correct?
P.S. I live in northern CaliforniaJuly 16, 2009 at 6:21 am #773291So you don’t have a light peacock young oriental? I would think that would have been easier to get than the dark blue…
OH…my bad, I see you do have the dark and the light blue in the babies… 😀 🙄July 16, 2009 at 2:09 pm #773292drgnlvr wrote:My list of suns are: Bronze #2, Copper-Gold #1, Copper #2, Dark-Green #1, Graphite #2, Light Jade, Light Peacock, Flaming Red #1, Ruby, Pearl-Gold #4, Summer-Green #2, Jade-Silver #1, and Winter-Blue #1. Hehe I was teasing about the “where you live” comment. 😉 That’s a really impressive list. Although, I’m not sure they made the Peacock Sun in a dark blue color. I’ve never seen one. But if I ever do, I’ll keep an eye out for you 😉 I prefer the lighter one, and am missing him 🙁July 16, 2009 at 2:24 pm #773293WolfenMachine wrote:drgnlvr wrote:all 13 oriental suns, the quagga foal and mother,

Sun Dragon Koi #3July 17, 2009 at 2:44 am #773295That I own? My most coveted by most would probably be my old green emperor, possibly my empea prototype OW. For me, hmmm…. that’s hard. 😕 I really don’t know what to say; I guess of all my dragons my favorite might be my old green male.
Most coveted I don’t own that exists? Either of the rock dragons, or the ever elusive keeper PYO! Or hey, a secret keeper that would match my collection! The spring green looks like it might, so technically one that matches exists.
Most coveted period semicolon, exists or not? A prototype OW in old green! I’d give away my current prototype OW for the ability to buy one of those!
Or any new dragon sculpt!July 17, 2009 at 1:51 pm #773296setsunawolf wrote:pegasi1978 wrote:Well Windstone has auctioned 19 special versions: Blue, Bronze, Copper, Copper Gold, Dark Green, Flaming Red, Graphite, Green, Jade Silver, Pearl Gold, Pewter, Rainbow Glitter, Red Gold with Violet, Serpentine, Silver, Summer Green, Twilight, Twilight with Silver Details, Winter Blue.

Was the dragon officially called Sparkle Blue? (I did a forum search just to be sure and a listing for one did not turn up in any of the ebay threads.) Otherwise the “Sparkle” Blue is likely to be the Blue Oriental Sun Dragon … or it was listed at a time that I missed him.
