      My previous orders from the store had the correct addresses for billing and shipping (PO box for billing and street address for shipping). This time the PO box billing address was also the shipping address. I didn’t realize it until after the order went through.

      Both addresses work for me so it isn’t a problem. The moral of the story seems to be … if you have changed your addresses once, don’t assume that the correction is permanent. Check before ordering!

          I’m terribly sorry if this isn’t the place to ask this, but when I tried to log into the store, I reset my password because I simply forgot it. But I cannot remember my username. I only have one e-mail – is there any way to reset my entire store account?

          Also, everything is gradually working better and better!

            Your user name for the store is the same as the user name for the forum. The password you currently use for the forum may not work in the store, in which case you need to reset it for the store by doing the “forgot password” thing. We’ve had a few glitchy cases where the store gives a sort of error message when trying to reset the password – if that’s the case, we can give you a temporary password – but I’m afraid it will have to wait until Monday. Email susie@windstoneeditions.com if you continue to have trouble logging into the store.
