September 4, 2025: In an effort to curtail scam orders that have come through our system recently, we are currently requiring that the billing address and shipping address on your order are the same. We also think that if you pay with paypal you can put your ship to location address in. If you pay with credit card, I believe the address you give us needs to match that of the card.
We are planning to allow the store to accept different billing and shipping address when we add a new product so that ordering will not be difficult. It is my hope that after a little while the scammer will stop offering Windstone if it is difficult for them to purchase. During this weekend the store will only accept one address for an order. Please put a Customer Note on your order if you need it sent elsewhere!
We all need to contact eBay to get this scammer off there!

Dreamscape, Orion, Poison Dart, Fireberry, Spangler + Tigerberry DragonsUpdate on this scam situation as of early Sept 10, 2025: Our restricting orders to billing and shipping addresses that match seems to have stopped the “Triangulation Fraud” ebay seller for the moment. Thank you for putting up with the inconvenience of not being able to put a different shipping from billing address in when placing an order.
Triangulation Fraud is where someone sells something they don’t have (in this case they lifted photos from our website to show their customers – ALWAYS ask the seller to show you real time photos of the item you want to buy) and then buys the item from us, using a stolen credit card to make the purchase. They have us ship the item to their customer (we do not know we are doing this for them), then when the owner of the credit card complains of fraudulent activity on their credit card – our company gets a charge back . The result is that the customer of the scammer gets their item (but wonders why its addressed to another person), the scammer has been paid by that customer, and our company gets no money and has sent out product to fill the order.
If you notice any sellers showing pictures that look like the ones on our website, please let us know! We thank the sharp eyed collectors who alerted us to these photos that several ebay sellers were displaying, and the help from a couple of the scammer’s victims who helped us see what was going on.
Address Status as of September 12, 2025 p.m.: – we have now reinstated the One Address for Shipping and Billing feature to help protect us from the Triangulation Fraud scammer who has targeted us the past couple of weeks. We had removed the One Address feature and allowed two addresses to be entered in our shopping cart during the rush for Atlantis dragons yesterday. We have put it back now because we want the store to be better protected during the weekend. If you are trying to place an order and need it shipped to an address different from your billing address, please put a note to us in the Customer Notes of the order. As of September 22, 2025 – we still have the webstore requiring only one address (shipping must match your billing) because a new spammer has been attacking us! Please bare with us while we fight with them. If your shipping is different from your billing, please put a note about it in the Customer Notes on your order. Don’t rely on me to remember!
