Woot! Our doorway is almost fixed and completed! I have some before and during pics, but I have been unable to upload them lately. I should be able to post pics by thursday or friday! As an extra plus-we were able to swaggle him down in price. 🙂
We have some money left over, and we are going to use that to re-carpet our bedroom, because it recently flooded, and our old carpet is moldy. 🙁

Stupid room is still leaking. I HATE this house…I know-not happy thoughts. I am so pissed-this is why we hired the guy-he raised the floor, and it does look 100x better than before, but honestly, if it is still leaking, then the job was all for naught, and we lost 2 grand for NOTHING!!!! 👿 👿

Didn’t it come with a guarantee of some sort? Get him to fix it until it no longer leaks!

If his job was to get it to quit leaking then he needs to finish the job. Did you set up a written work contract?

There was a contract, but I don’t think it said what his goal was, just the parts of what he was going to do. 🙁 I don’t know if there was a guarantee. Fortuantely, I still saty in contact with his wife, so I will see what I can do.
