trouble ordering

Hey, I was wondering if anyone else is having a hard time ordering pyo’s. I was able to get get to the payment selection/address page but the shipping option wouldn’t load up even after an hour.

Oh no, really? I am very sorry to hear this. Can you describe exactly what is happening (or not happening) so that we can figure out what went wrong? Even if it’s something out of our control (such as something on your local internet connecting causing a goof up), we like to know so that we can help future customers in case they have trouble too.

well the bar i drew the arrow pointing to won’t load. usually it only takes a second to give me the post options but right now it just isn’t working :^

I just tested it with a Fledgling and it’s the same thing for me: shipping options won’t load.

I tried it with an oriental. It would not load for me either.

Chrome/Win 7.

Tested and it didn’t work in IE8 or Firefox either. Definitely seems to be related to the shipping calculator and browser agnostic. 🙁

I just tested it with an emperor and it wouldn’t load for me either….

Still no shipping info when ordering . Just tried it and the shipping info would not come up .

I just tried placing and order and with the Oriental Dragon is was fine. Then I put 2 PYO dragons into my cart and it stuck there “calculating” shipping costs. I pressed the “calculate shipping costs” button again (out of curiosity) and it came up with shipping costs. I don’t know what’s wrong, but it worked like that…

i’ve tried pressing the “calculate shipping” button multiple times :(… i’ll try emptying the cart and reloading it and see if that works.
