Say, I wonder if, once the production color is determined, the griffin test paints will be auctioned off, like OW test paints?
E gads, can you imagine how much they’d go for? *head spins* whooo-ooo
But, Melody would have to paint one more of each, so she could keep one for her “library”/archive.
I think they would make a great “forum” piece…paint 10 of each color and offer them here on the forum for $230 each. IF any didn’t sell…off to ebay! Or maybe paint 10 each, offer 9 here and one of each goes to ebay, and none of us would be allowed to bid. *dreams on*February 8, 2007 at 6:46 am #536358Greater Basilisk wrote:Say, I wonder if, once the production color is determined, the griffin test paints will be auctioned off, like OW test paints?
I think that’s possible…though I’m not sure if limited edition griffins would be as popular as dragons…

You shouldn’t have let him see the computer screen while you were typing that! π
I wonder if any of the test paints in Melody’s gallery will show up as the new griffin production color? If the right one showed up, I’d be tempted to get that in addition to the brown/tan family…oh shoot, my brown griffin is glaring at me too…
I think mine is glaring at me because he got a quick peek of the female tan griffin in ladybrooklyn’s siggie π

Good – then maybe the price will stay within a limit my CC can handle. π
