I’m sure that I’m in the minority but I’ve never been a fan of the cat patterns, or most of the fancy animal patterns for that matter. I certainly admire them but have no desire to include them in the collection. Bird plumage and AWD are ones I that find appealing and this batch it looks as though I’ll be going for the “simple” cow/bunny/dun group.
They’re all so gorgeous! But I feel so lonely – I think I’m the only one who doesn’t collect or have one poad. They’re adorable but I do like the gryphs and draggies better.
You’re not the only one! I’m not a Poad collector, either. I’m delighted for the Poad People who are going to enjoy this grab bag frenzy, though! (And I totally have a favorite from the pictures, anyway!)
Part of me really wants to ask, “But what about Lap Dragons in Lavender Pearl and Copper Patina Version 1??” The part of me that watches the checkbook, however, is a little relieved that it seems to be Poad Time instead of Lap Dragon Time! (And maybe January or February could be Lap Dragon Time, instead?)

None here either! 🙂 One day I’ll get a poad I really like though. It just won’t be from this particular batch.

"COSMIC SHIFT DRAGONS and KI-RINS" and the "OCTOPUS TANUKI TEST PAINT #1"I like the wild dog patterns on the foxes but am not sure on the poads. When I first got a grab bag poad, it was with the intention to trade for a unicorn which I didn’t have at the time. I almost did trade for one but that fell through so I traded for another poad, started to like them, then ended up getting another one later and now I have a bunch. So I never had the intention to collect them but now I think once you get one, they grow on you. I mostly liked the bird faces and all the cool patterns painted on them.

If you ever open the door to Poads you will discover that they are like Jello – there’s always room for more. Especially now that Melody is making several sizes!
I would like to get one but, they are too much for me to get and I’ve been trying my hardest to save for one but something or another happens to where I can’t afford it. :((

Yes, I hope so too! More time to see if I receive some gift certificates or Visa/MC gift cards for Christmas. 🙂
