Nakase, about twice a year we have been doing this thing called a PYO swap! We all volunteer a PYO and one person organizes it so that names get secretly swapped and you paint one for another forum member. You know who you are painting for, but it’s a surprise who it painting for you! The organizer also sends you things the person you are going to paint for might like their PYO to look like and also what sculpture they may want. So you have an idea of what they might like for you to paint them. OR *like I usually do* choose a surprise or what I usually call “free reign” so what you get is a total surprise! You could say it’s sort of like a Secret Santa, but with WIndstones.

Unfortunately with no PYOs in stock it’s been quite a while since we’ve been able to do one.

Usually after everyone gets their swaps we post threads with all the pictures!!! 😀

Yea, I don’t know if I’m running it this time around or not. I know me and dragonmedley talked about it breifly since she never gets to be surprised and it’s a lot for just one person to organize every time it comes around. Without any PYOs in stock, I don’t think it really matters much this very second though *sigh*

You guys crack me up! 😆 Even if I know who’s painting for me, it’s still a surprise… I never know what the person will be doing. Truth is, I love organizing stuff like that. But Drag0n, if you really want, it’s all yours!

I missed the last couple of swaps 🙄 . Truth be told, I was a new forum member and had no idea that they were going on. I like to try it out this year to. I love the idea of surprizing someone with a PYO and the prospect of getting one done for me is nice to. I really hope we can get one orginized by Christmas or sooner.
