My BEP OW is very rough in alot of places. I’m not sure if he didn’t get a full matt coat or what. It sure makes him hard to dust though! 😛 Frankly I don’t care much about that, I am happy to have him anyways. 😀 My VF fledgie has purple paint blotches all over him though. 😥
