So where are you planning on going? Canada is awfully big, you’d need more than a week to go coast to coast. Especially since St. Johns, Newfoundland is closer to Paris, France than Victoria, British Columbia. If you are going near Kitchener let me know and I’ll try to meet you somewhere. 😀
😀 thats kind of you, im going for three weeks actually 😆 Flying to America first then going up to Toronto then goodness knows, going accross everywhere on the way to vancover OMG i can’t spell that lol. Might be meeting a Lady in calgary (please excuse my awfull Spelling of Canadian places) But im going to be on trains going through banf and lots of national parks etc so i have no transport to go anwhere else 🙁 Going to be in Vancover for three Days i wonder if i’ll find any Windstone shops. gosh thats one hell of a long flight home 🙁 Last time i was on a plane i was stuck at JFK Runway sitting on a 747 for 9 hours in Snow 😕
im tempted to take some new pics of my collection in sections..and my collection may be growing soon beings my mother finally gave me my savings accoutn that holds the inheritance from my grandmother..tho she did tell me not to use it accept for emergencies..tho she dont need to know if i buy a couple new windstones 😆

I just recieved my empea lap and scratching. They are so beautiful!!!!!!! On-line pics just don’t do this color justice. I’m gonna buy one of everything I can in this color. Thanks Emerald for great packaging, friendly service and speedy delivery!!!!!

From Toronto to Vancouver is a loooong way! Though you may have better luck finding Windstones out West than in the Toronto area. I’m about 30 minutes from the Toronto airport (I’m the one who gets to drop off and pick up family there), so if you fly in and want to meet, let me know! Are you going on your own or with your mother? If there’s 2 or more of you, renting a car might also be an option.

Well, Toronto is pretty close. I don’t know if I could meet you or not, though. (It’s less than a 2 hour drive if the traffic is good. That’s a big if though) Don’t worry, thier won’t be any snow in August. Get ready to roast your buns off. Today it was around 45 degrees C. August should be hot as well.Tell us when you are flying in then maybe we can both meet. You will have alot more luck finding Windstones out west. I’ve been told that somewhere in Fairview someone is selling them, I’ve haven’t seen any store in that mall sell them since the 80’s.

As you might guess, I’m still looking to get a griffin or two. I have all 3 of the bear candlelamps…..2 are retired, cat’s cradle, Grimalkin, hatching protoceratops, and a peacock female dragon, besides my crouching griffin chick.
The mother dragon is the figure I fell for back in the late 70s, when I first saw the dragons that were available then. I wanted one for years, but the store I saw her in closed, and no one knew what I was talking about. took me the better part of the next 2 decades to find out who Melody was/is, and finally my wife bought the mother for me as a present. I got my Grimalkin from her, too. Ain’t love wunnerful?

A Train throught the Rocky Mountains is probably one of the best ways to see it! You’ll have fun!

Thanks everyone, your all so friendly! Im not 100% sure whats going on yet apart from i’ll be in Toronto on the 2nd August but its a package thing so they will be taking us everywhere catching trains and coaches and boats i don’t think i’ll have much spare time but i’ll keep you all posted 😀
