Ya it got here to day excited and a little sad,I hadn’t know about how the piece needed to be packed so it wouldn’t get damaged and didn’t adv the seller on that. I’m sure they would have done that for me if I had asked as they where very help full on all my other questions. Thank goodness its only a small chip and not completely in pieces. I’m so proud to own it, its much better to own one than just look at the pictures.
October 24, 2007 at 5:39 pm #576902Thats too cool! I cant wait for mine to get here. 😀
This is more of an “I just GOT a” as opposed to an “I just bought a” but Keplilly surprised me with this yesterday!!! I could not believe it. Its Nams rose Ki rin!!! She took it to a convention, but I didnt have the money to buy it. Out of the kindness of her heart, she bought it and shipped it to me… for NOTHING!! Thank you so much Keppy! I dont know how I will ever repay you, but rest assured that I will in one way or another.

October 24, 2007 at 11:46 pm #576908I ordered my Black Female Griffin today! We got the refrigerator bought, so I know how much I can afford now. I’m hoping for a Tan Female Griffin too, and the two Black Griffin Chicks. I already got the two Tan Chicks and they are so cute. Once I get the new female, I will take a pic.

I guess I figured you had seen the result since you posted the comment in the thread with the result in it.

Congrats Emerald.

again I did not remeber it. I have been thru a lot lately
October 26, 2007 at 12:45 am #576915Ok. I gave up on the Kirins too. Instead I got a Black Mother Griffin, both Black Griffin babies, and a Tan Mother Griffin with light wings (someone backed out so Susie held it for me — woo hoo!). She’s shipping them all together, so I should get them next week. I’ve even figured out where they’re going to go, but they will probably have to live in their boxes for a while (until the dining room is redone — it’s taking us forever since we are doing it ourselves: remove wallpaper and old paint, paint walls and wainscotting, remove suspended ceiling and rewire lighting, patch and paint ceiling, revarnish hardwood floors).
Once all that is done, though, I’ll be able to put my curio cabinet back together. It’s big enough that I can have all three retired/LE Griffin families on the bottom shelf (White, Tan, and Black). And the bottom is wood, so it should hold.
Yay! I’m very excited! 😀
