I got this lovely maple leaf griffin from Zloy, and he’s gorgeous! but I LOSE at uploading photos, and leaving my camera at my parents house after Christmas didn’t help much, either. I’m sorry for the terrible quality, too, I’m not much better at taking photos than I am at uploading them ^^; I just love his wings though–that blend from red to green is super cool! He’s perfect for me too–you don’t know how many leaves just like this I hoarde every fall until they dry up and make a mess in whatever book I’ve stashed them in. Now I have a beautiful griffin to remind me of them!
Thank you Zloy!

I bought tracking, but lost my little receipt with the numbers on it :/ so I’m not even sure if it’s lost or arrived or delayed or what. *sad*
I emailed her – she didn’t respond when I posted the piece I got from her…
She responded – life really got in the way, but she got it! Can you post for her?
Yay, I’m glad it arrived alright.
I painted two foops in Autumn/Fall forest theme.

January 12, 2014 at 7:01 am #907695I love the blending on the griffin, and though I am not a fan of the foo sculpts, I do like those colors on them. They seem like good pieces when it comes to being able to work details in.
There are so many talented people in these swaps, I hope some people can do more soon. They are a lot of fun and a great way to test your skills or get into new medias. Well done everyone!
