      I am a compulsive tea drinker. I’m sure by now my blood is basically tea. I’ve been really into Celestial brand teas this year. I tried their Cinammon Apple Spice day 1 of Autumn and fell head over heels! My all-time favorite though is Tension Tamer (with a dragon and maiden on the box)! I’ve had trouble sleeping all my life and it truly helps.

      Currently, I’m growing my own chamomile because fresh flowers + local honey is all you need for some great homemade herbal tea! I’d love suggestions for tea recipes and favorite store brands/flavors if you got em!

        I used to love Celestial Seasoning’s Wildberry Zinger as a kid, but we sadly discovered that I am allergic to hibiscus, so we stay away from fruity teas now for the most part. I now drink a lot of peppermint tea and I love a tea made by Stash called Ginger Peach (it’s a fruity tea sans the horrid hibiscus!) I basically gulp up any herbal tea that I can find which doesn’t contain the devil flower haha, but it’s uncommon that I discover any. I used to also love green tea, but caffeine plus a frequently insomniac and kinda neurotic artist don’t mix well haha.

          I am also a HUGE tea lover. I have a hobby farm and started growing different herbs for making my own tea. A favorite of mine is raspberry leaves. Plain and simple dried leaves. It has an amazing taste which is surprising. I also make dandelion tea which is also good but not a favorite. I plan on trying many more now that I plan to put in a big garden now that my kids are getting older. I have tons of tea from David’s and Steeped tea and tea desire but really want to make my own more. I would also like to hear others ideas for homemade tea!

            Someday I would like to try planting tea (Camellia sinensis). In Southern Maryland I may be a zone too cold for success, but we have other camellias that survive our winters so who knows?

                Tea is like my lifeblood. I started really disliking soda, then turned to tea and have been hooked ever since. I don’t really like fruity or peppermint teas, but I adore early grey, lady grey, green and black tea (for some reason I refer to these as “deeper teas.”) Just perfect for a good, relaxing evening.

                  I love all tea just depends on my mood.

                  Celestial Seasonsing’s (I think that’s brand), bengal spice is amazing if you like really cinnamony spiced tea.

                  I’m lucky enough to live a couple blocks away from a tea place whose stuff I highly recommend: http://www.thewhistlingkettle.com/

                  Their seasonal oatmeal raisin cookie and sparkling sugar plum are both amazing, and their green chai is one of my favorites!

                    @Anne Those teas sound crazy delicious! I’ve had the Celestial Seasonings Bengal Spice but it was TOO much spice for me haha.

                    I’ve drank dandelion tea before – I don’t really like it, because it’s bitter, but it is very good for the liver. I drink mine with a load of honey but I’m sure it would go down well if treated like black tea too.

                      @Falcolf I’m not sure I’ve had hibiscus and recognized it as such, but I’m very curious and may have to try this nostalgic tea of yours. You can live vicariously through me! Unless I find out I’m allergic to hibiscus too! 😮 I love Stash coz I can get it for an awesome price in bulk so I’ve got a lot of their Chai Black, Peppermint, Chamomile… But I’ve got to try the Peach Ginger coz those are two of my favorite flavors! I just picked up a ginger root the first time ever this week, for cooking. I wonder if I can tea-ify it.

                      @Jellyfish
                      Raspberry leaf is not one I’ve heard of! I’m so curious! I’ve wanted to try making Dandelion because it’s readily available and safe to drink but I’ve definitely heard mixed reviews. 😛 I’ll still be trying it sometime.

                      @Celestial-Rainstorm
                      There’s just something about Earl Grey (“Hot”) that can’t be beat. When you’re in the mood, nothing else will do. I second enjoying the expression “deeper teas”, it’s fitting! I personally like basically all flavors but have been in a mood for mucho spice. Maybe it’s the season.

                      @Anne
                      Yes, that’s the brand! And I’m really hooked on them right now. As soon as you mentioned Bengal Spice I pictured the box from past shopping trips. Your recommendation and Falcolf finding it too spicy for them really has me eager to try it. I can’t get enough cinnamon lately and have been putting it in everything I can, lol. Uh oh, I’ve fallen in mad love south the sound of The Whistling Kettle’s “Fall Tin Collection”.

                      I never knew what delicious food was until I married Mimi.I’m from Arkansas.That woman can cook.Her seafood dishes are incredible.Especially her fried shrimp.I look in the kitchen and don’t see much until she hands me my plate full of good eats.I don’t know how she does it.Men would be so screwed without you girls.She brings me my plate everyday.I’m so spoiled and so lucky.
                      She said to tell you that she’ll share recipes if you ask.

                      She just told me I put this in the wrong place.Sorry.Move it where it belongs if you need to.
                      Cold Southern sweet tea for me.

                        They all sound delicious but I can’t seem to acquire a taste for hot teas.Wish I did.I have tried multiple times but I guess for me it is cold iced tea.

                        Every act matters.No matter how small💞

                          I am a firm believer in a good hot cup of British tea in the morning! It’s either PG Tips of Barry’s Gold brand. Both are high quality British black teas! Once you’ve had true British tea, you’ll never go back to Lipton… Can’t do herbal teas, sorry.

                          Always looking for a lovely GB Young Unicorns, TP Male Dragons or TP Male Griffins!
