This is dang near like eating just sugar… its pretty rich! While baking it, keep an eye on it since most stoves vary in heating… you want it to be a nice Golden Brown. This is something my grandmother would make.

        Smokie Mountain Magic Bars

        What you will need….

One box of yellow cake mix
        4 eggs
        1/2 cup softened butter
8 oz of softened cream cheese
16 oz box of confecterany sugar (powdered sugar)
        One 9×12 pan

Mix the yellow cake mix with one egg and the 1/2 cup softened butter. Mix well… the mixture will be very sticky. After you get is all mixed, press into the bottom of the 9×12 pan, press smoothly on sides of pan.
        Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together the 8 oz of softened cream cheese, 3 eggs, and 16 oz box of confecterany sugar. Blend well and pour into pan, spread it evenly.
Put into the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes OR until done. I’d check it at 30 minutes or so!
        Let cool and enjoy!

Serve to children in SMALL CONTROLED AMOUNTS! lol Lots of Sugar!
