                        I can’t say more than what has already been said, except that Susie went way above and beyond (and continues to do so) with my questions and orders when I was Totally New (less than 2 weeks) to Windstones, and she didn’t know me from ‘Adam’ at the time. She’s ALWAYS so happy to help and offer great information and suggestions – such as checking the forum posts for further clarifications to my questions that might be helpful to me.

                        Susie’s the absolute QUEEN of Customer Service … Long Live the Queen! 🙂
