I can only hope by some minor miracle I have the funds to get one of them when they are sold. The dark brown and light cream ones make a lovely pairing! My soul is available to rent for one of them! It’s mostly untarnished! I’ll, I’ll be your best friend forever if you send me one Melody, I’ll, give you my whole life savings! Two septims! (Skyrim nerd reference.)
My boyfriend is going to have to chain me to a radiator when these are for sale if I can’t get one, and I’m not sure that is going to hold me dragging it to the Windstone factory across state from Wisconsin towards the gravity of their pull!
I’m going to lose sleep revisiting these images until I either get one or they are sold to someone else. Literally. (I have a very steel trap train of though sometimes.)

This thread is entertaining! haha. I like reading all of your sneaky plans Werepanther! I am also a less fortunate collector if anyone wants to help me out? My mom and I went through two house foreclosures when we were defrauded by a private mortgage lender and now I rent with my mom who’s on a pension of $900 a month and I will be looking for work once I can handle the stress again. So how have I amassed a collection though you wonder? I buy and sell things on ebay so I only get a new Windstone once I sell something. I only wish I had a credit card or a few hundred dollars lying around to bid on an ebay piece! Alas, I can only afford grab bags once in a while. My mom was nice enough to get me a grab bag kirin for my birthday which is in 2 days now! Anyway I do like that middle light coloured leopard! Very nice. If Melody did do a grab bag batch of them then maybe I could afford one!

Thanks! Ha! Yikes & Aww. I hope someone will help you out too in your collecting efforts.. I’m not in a position to help who I am trying to now, but to spite being so thinly stretched have been able to a bit, and sometimes a bit can make a big difference to helping spread some cheer and Windstones.

Thanks and I think that’s very nice of you to help someone out. I know a lot of us on here actually are not well off and a lot of us also suffer from various illness whether physical, emotional or mental and Windstones definitely do bring some cheer into our lives. I have been pretty lucky in my collecting efforts making friends and doing trades and sales with people on here in the last couple of years but was surprised to hear some people received Windstones as gifts from others on here once in a while. Even my own dad doesn’t believe in giving me gifts. So it’s nice that other people do. Maybe one day I will be lucky like that too but in the meantime if I really want something on here like a grab bag, I usually find something to sell so I can get it. Anyway back to hoping Melody will do grab bag leopard and other wild cat cougars!

I heard from Susie there might be a limited run of GB cougars in regular cougar coloration or something a bit less fancy than the spotties, but we’ll have to wait and see! I hope everyone who wants one can get one eventually! Yeah, I’ve kind of noticed that reading posts around site and with my own circumstances… Windstones are a nice comfort thing. Well that stinks your dad won’t give you gifts. My dad was abusive growing up, my folks divorced at 13, I avoid him now and he I think has finally got the message I want no relationship with him. Even when I was younger he didn’t believe in gifts either though, he’d rather use the money on himself. Ah well, such is life…

Is anyone familiar with the 80’s cartoon series He-man and the Masters of the Universe. Except that it might be copyright infringement (?) I thought a green tiger w/ orange stripes like battlecat/cringer or a purple panther like panthor would be super fun for fantasy cougars.
