I agree; your house looks fun.

I wouldn’t dare try to stiltwalk; when I was small my Grampa knicknamed me Captain Klutz and I never outgrew it.

My azaleas are blown now and never were as nice as yours. I’d be tempted to tear them out and get more colorful ones, but this is a rental house and I don’t think they’d allow. (they don’t mind me planting things though!) I did take a couple pics of them though, and as always my orchids… don’t think I have any of the ground orchids I planted around the mailbox. I’m going to a bromeliad show nearby this weekend, I’ll try to remember the camera.

Here’s the ground orchids (reed stem epidendrums) when I got home tonight, along with a random couple others.

Poor Blc. Alma Kee ‘Tipmalee’ (yellow one) got forgotten when the bloom was fresh, looks so ragged and sad now!

oh gosh Pip,they are awesomely gorgeous!! Azaleas will come back,feed them and lots of water this summer.

Hi Bodine! That sounds good. The amaryllis does have a pup on it so I can send that to you once the blooming is done.

hey I have some of the ground orchids.I notice a small plant pop up by my Lilly last year and I let it grow.That was the blooms.Cool,they came back fuller this year.I be darned,had orchids growing here naturally and didn’t even know it.Knowledge is power!
