Got my name. Ordered the PYO. Now, time to get out the colored pencils and figure out the paint job, although they never go as planned. 🙂

I happened to have the right PYO on hand, so I am painting today. 😀 It’s already looking pretty good, I think. Hopefully I won’t ruin it!
Too bad I missed it but that’s okay. I have been sick for the last couple weeks and feeling down so maybe it’s better to sit it out this time anyway.

Just ordered the PYO tonight with my GB kirin. I also picked up another tube of paint today whose color might get incorporated into the swap piece. I hope it turns out! I’m kinda nervous about how this is going to go.
Love baby kirins, safari poads, mini keepers, and anything BLUE, BLUE, and, oh yes, BLUE.
So how many folks did we finally end up with for the swap this time?
The muse is percolating…just waiting to see what the little dweebette finally settles upon. :p

On a side note, Im becoming inspired and have a plan to go with now… I just hope I can make it work as well as it does in my head, lol ! Sometimes what I have pictured is not what the paint brush wants though, lol !
My work today was doing casting, which has a lot of sitting around and waiting for things to set. So I hauled out the PYO I’m doing and got most of it painted in between pouring things. 😀 I think I’ll be done pretty soon! I really love how its coming out so far. I tried some new stuff, which is going well.
