Coral Reef Dragon

Coral Reef is my first dragon where I used an airbrush. I use the airbrush for the base coat and hand brush other metalics, interference, and details. I think the quality turned out better then on my all hand brushed pieces since I had more time to work on details.

The paint on the side scales have color shift as you move it!! I FINALY got down that affect!
the side scales go from purple to blue to green in a tropical shade, from back to belly.

The photos make him look like mostly one solid color of blue/blue purple, but this is NOT so! they have shades of purple and blue with green interference as well as the side scales changing from purple to blue to green.

the black belly is not solid black, but is a dark iridescence of multiple colors.

I wish the camera could show that actual color change. I can only achive this spacific look by using an airbrush, so i will only be able to paint these dragons this way while i am at PC’s house.(until i save up enough to get an airbrush of my own, that may take a while)

Any of you who have already bought a pyo of mine know that they look better then in the photos, this one was a real pita to photo. they just do not do him justice.

at the moment i am not accepting PYO for PYO trades.

I do accept Production pieces in trade for a custom painted PYO.
