Introducing Winter Mint! Golden brand acrylics with Golden polymer varnish and pearl EX pigments and Golden Int. Lots of bright green with a purple shine over the dark markings on the feathers, iridescent purple spots, interference gold lacing the inner wing feathers and neck ruffle, and slight purple interference on the wing markings/claws. Antiqued to bring out the texture of the sculpture as well.

FINALLY GUYS man this month’s been crazy, but I’ve finally got a new photobox made an was able to get nice photos today!

Introducing Celestial Fire! Wampus Dragon asked for a firey version of my purple phoenix, and I think this is my most detailed work to date! Metallic features includes gold trim on ALL the feathers, dots on the neck part thingy, beak, and legs.

He looks like he’s on fire. Great classic rendering.

It must be at least 25 hours of work. This commission has spanned for about a year due to real life things putting it on hold, so I didn’t keep track accurately.

Thank you guys for all the wonderful comments!

Finally a new PYO finished! Sorry I’ve poofed for so long. My working conditions weren’t so great up until now as I’ve moved into my own place. I’m organizing my mom’s art supplies for the first time ever just now to put in perspective.

Introducing Rave Foo Pup. I wanted to buy Koishii’s Starlight and it turned into a trade. I used Elmer’s Painters maarkers as they are the best UV reactive paints I’ve found yet and the effect is fantastic-such perfect lime greens and cerulean blues with flawless reaction.

I am offering to paint near-duplicates of this scheme as well as other UV variations (like this) $80 + shipping without stripes, $90 with stripes.
