she is finnished,but i need to get a pearl and stone for her before she goes onto ebay. I even took some video to really show the color changes that the interference causes.

I also thought the black pearl looked like the Peacock dragons when it wasn’t finished. I like Black Opal better tho.
Great idea to make a video. The scales really shimmer. A beautiful dragon and I hope it does well on ebay.

WHITE OPAL is finnished being painted. she has a white opal in her tail and all i need is a stone for her forehead.
she has the same color shift that Pearl dose but with nice light creamy colors.
I really like both of them… Is the white opal kinda like a fire opal? You get so much colour and detail on them in such a short period of time..

not really.
white opals are often called fire opals also(so yes, the same in this sence) but Fire Opal is misunderstanding. Real Fire opal is a clrear orange or red with bright “fire” of red flashes in it. so really she is not like the Fire Opal.

Oooh, I like White Opal! Wasn’t sure if I would with the in-progress pic, but it finished very nicely! I like all I’ve seen though. I definitely need one of yours someday. 😀

yeah, the white opal had the “ugly duck” syndrom when i was starting her. she really did turn out lovely though.
