How are your eyes after all those Pegasi?

My natural ones aren’t here yet and I always think it’s early to ask what’s next so soon after you’ve worked so hard on a colourful grab bag batch.

Having said that, you know what’s coming.

The “let’s bug Melody about what’s next” question.

How would you feel about batches of petting zoo (aka simple safari) and safari Baby poads?

Just a thought. I know they were mentioned earlier and somehow the idea rolled off the table and out the door.

Soooo….. I’m sure that there are a few of us on the forum who would appreciate Baby poads if it would be at all possible.

Wonderful Painting Technique!
I use a similar when I paint in watercolors and then use color and black inks overtop to do my details.

What do you want next? It looks like  The Kickstarter won’t be ready till end of this summer,  so don’t worry about that yet!

I just finished the two pebble dragon sculptures. They will probably start being cast in a couple weeks.

I’m working on the horned wolf. The sculpture is ALMOST done, his test-horns are going to be cast in pewter to see if they fit. The epoxy casts look good.

I need to start another grab bag today. Not sure what I’ll do.

I did a big batch of baby poads for the upcoming Kickstsrter. Maybe a batch tadpoads in “ruffle butt” as an appetizer? That would be fun. I need fun for a change. Pegasi were not fun.

I am really hoping for another batch of safari colts or safari baby unis. They are so hard to come by on the secondary market and it’s been a long time since there’s been a baby batch. And there’s never been a colt batch. At this point, that’s my fondest wish, but any colt batch would be great.

Ok,  I’ll go see what castings we’ve got out on the carts. There may be enough colts to do a batch. I haven’t done an entirely “safari” batch of those yet, although there were some safari-like individuals in the previous fantasy batch.

I’m still looking forward to a Grab Bag of the Coiled Mothers (with orbs) that were mentioned earlier this year…but I know those are probably higher on the difficulty scale!
