I would luv luv luv a baby sloat !!!
And Garlen Black Wolfie!!
And a Ki-Rin Lion or Flion too !!March 4, 2017 at 11:00 pm #1521296In a similar vein to this, I personally hope to see another griffin in their family in the future. You’ve got mama, papa, and the two chicks…but I’d love to see an angsty teenage fledgling. One could argue that the PYO kind of sort of fits that bit but it’ll never be done to match any production pieces (excepting commissions or painting it oneself) so I feel that that particular point is moot.
I agree with the above! I would love to see a ‘Young Griffin’ or even a ‘Young Pegasus’ like a Young Unicorn but with wings! Even a ‘Young Kirin’ would be awesome too! I have used the pyo kirins and griffins kind of like a young version of those creatures in my collection but we don’t have a pyo pegasus or a young sized one! Oh and I haven’t noticed shaky hands from tea and I don’t drink coffee but I get shaky hands from low blood pressure and low blood sugar. It comes and goes but can be a pain for painting!
Looking for rainbow or pink & teal grab bags!
March 5, 2017 at 5:24 am #1521306Ha! A Sloat would be precious! Would the tiny Podge Poad be about the size of the Foops or smaller?

*** Come visit me on deviantArt at http://ela-hara.deviantart.comMarch 5, 2017 at 11:30 am #1521312So many things I’d love to do!
I’ve wanted to do a “Grand Griffin” a larger one But oy, that would be a year or more of work! So,smaller things ARE a better idea!March 5, 2017 at 11:40 am #1521314Ha! A Sloat would be precious! Would the tiny Podge Poad be about the size of the Foops or smaller?
The little Podge is about half the size of the Foo pup or less! Really small. She’s an inch long. About the size of a almond in the shell, but fatter.
March 9, 2017 at 11:31 am #1521467So I’m guessing that the hatching Pegasus is next in time for Easter? Or are the coiled moms going to slip in between then and now? I can not believe that you were painting the adult, baby poads and foxes at once.

I am going to try to get the Hatching Pegs out around Easter, but I am going to be concentrating on getting “The Veligent ” comic kickstarter going too, so I don’t think I’ll have time to do coiled mother dragon (with globe) gbs. Maybe the next one? -unless the loaf dragon gets done first.

March 10, 2017 at 3:50 pm #1521512What a Loaf Dragon?
It’s one of Melody’s inprogress pebble dragon sculpts in the crouching/relaxing ‘loaf'(like a cat loaf sorta lol) position. There’s a pic somewhere around this thread! It’s really cute!

March 14, 2017 at 2:45 pm #1521610I know you are incredibly busy, but is there any chance of a sneak peek at the hatching pegs anytime soon? So excited about what these little babies are going to look like.

They are unpainted now, but do have their pewter wings glued in, so that’s a start. We needed to cast more wings because so many of the ones we had were defective. Always something.
March 14, 2017 at 7:13 pm #1521624Thank you for the update, Melody.
