I just finished writing a blog over the new potential AVP 3 movie when I decided I’d like to watch the second one again. Lo and behold I cant find it anywhere! All my other dvd’s are on my dvd shelf except that one. Grrrr! It seems that every time I go to watch a movie I can’t find it 🙁 That dvd is probably right next to the Casino Royale dvd I’m missing 😀 Does anybody else seem to have this problem, or is it just me?

        BD 😀

My husband has all our DVDs alphabatized and entered into an Excel spreadsheet…he also has it set up so if he pushes a button it will randomly select one for us to watch.

I get around that by saying ‘no, not that one’ until the randomizer comes up with one I want to watch. 😀

          Oh…and we /still/ loose movies. 😀

The rule is that you won’t locate your movie again until you buy a new one (at which point it mysteriously reappears). The same goes for books, socks, and other assorted items. It’s a universal law. ^_~

I tend to loose the cases right when I want to put the DVD away more often then I lose the DVD itself. 🙄

I have that problem, it’s also CDs….. I could swear I had these CDs before, but, now I can’t find hide nor hair of them. 🙄 Or, I have the CD or DVD and I lose the case. (The worst part about this? I live alone except for two cats…..)

No, we’ve trained our DVDs to never leave the house without permission and to always go back to their spot (which is also alphabetized, and we have DVD Profiler online to track everything).

Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

I feel your frustration! I misplace so many DVDs 😕 My most recent missing favorite is “The Host”. I think I’ll have to buy a new one 😥

not with Dvds, but with pens.
                      I found the secret however.
Dont look for it, grasp that thought firmly, walk backwards and approach it slowly while you are not looking for it and GRAB!

I did this with a couple of gaming books. Now I have a handy checklist of what I own for each of the old white wolf systems. This was partly due to everyone being in storage. The list helps a lot until I get them all back out of boxes and onto books shelves. The oddball systems aren’t as bad, since they only have a couple of books each and it’s easy to remember those! When I get bookshelves put up and take a picture, you’d understand. 😆

we know who had it but he has convieniently forgetten it was loaned to him . So PD is banned from touching my DVDs , she may only take hers from the house.

                        😆 You guys are hilarious.
When I lose a DVD, I just ask the brothers.
